Hey there. I just watched a video of yours from 5 years ago. I bought your kit; I have an Epson WF-7620. I flushed the heads twice, as the first time I didn't receive any benefit. After the 2nd time my print head nozzle check resulted in even less color for the test print lines (now, no color lines are showing up, but a few yellow are). I have replaced the maintenance waste box. Run print head cleaning multiple times. What would be next? Thank you @bestprinters
Hello, I responded yesterday and answered your ink question. I will add that, I was having the most problem with magenta before I switched cartridges and used your cleaning product. And I still have no magenta on the print head nozzle check. Hopefully that info helps.
I have a HP 8015e that I have to print by WiFi every other HP that I’ve had , you plug the printer into the WiFi and it works after you load your phone or computer and you are ready to go.
I have a question. Ihave a Brother MFC-J5520DW and I tried cleaning the nozzles the same way you showed by plugging a tube onto the intake port, except I used warm water. My Cyan was the one that was the most clogged and when I pressed the syringe not much was happening, only a tiny bit of Cyan was coming out onto the paper towel, then all of the sudden all the water from the syringe started squirting out of the Yellow intake port while it was plugged into the Cyan port. I played with it a little bit then water started coming out of the Magenta and Black ports... Is that normal, or did I brake something by giving it more pressure?
Yes, I should have said. I actually purchased 2 new sets of all the ink, thinking that the 1st new set was dried up. I had 3 sets of ink: 1) the ink that was in it that I started having trouble with, 2) bought a new set becuase I was getting low, replaced with new ink 3) bought another set becuase after 1 & 2 not working thought a 3rd would solve the problem. Did that make any sense at all?

Hi, have you tried replacing the ink cartridges? Please respond in a new comment so I can be notified.

No, everything should be OK. Try warming up the fluid and reapplying.

This one you have to do by WiFi. I have had this one 6 months and two of us can’t figure it out.
