Originally telecast live on the West Coast on February 25, 1950, and via kinescope to CBS' East Coast affiliates on March 4, 1950 (there was no coaxial cable that was able to transmit live "coast-to-coast" programming until September 1951).
Thirty years later on Cavett she was a total knockout.

I am always getting sad while someone mentions The Tresspasser :( because I don't think I will ever get the chance to watch it, and yes it seems so great movie and I just love the songs Gloria sings in it, and from hundreds of photos from it I learn she looked awesome and wore beautiful clothes.

I think I didn't have Sadie Thompson movie full back then, so I used the clips I had, maybe that's why I didn't use that close-up you meant. But I always can make another tribute to her ;)
