Terribly sad to see someone who has potentially lifelong surgical complications on their genitals and urethra moving to experimental, cosmetic surgery on such an important organ as the larynx. You think risking the structural integrity of your larynx and therefore gambling the functionality of your voice, which you use every day and allow you to make these videos, will allow you to “finally get past” your mental health issues: I guarantee with 100% certainty that you will still have gender dysphoria once you shave down the front of your larynx. You inverted your penis and still have, apparently, “severe” gender dysphoria…and now also potentially lifelong complications. The problem is not your body, so stop trying to change it. Your obsession with passing is pointless, bc anyone important to you, who matters, will know you are trans anyways. You have to come to terms with your maleness as a trans-woman, NOT woman bc changing your sex is impossible, in order to make a dent in your dysphoria and body dysmorphia without collecting surgeries and the complications and risks that come with them.
