    Hello Polina. I’ve been doing this routine pretty much daily for six months. Would you consider making a longer version incorporating acupressure points, which I would love to learn more about. I got just a taste of these on some of your other videos. Have a wonderful day! ❤

      Thanks for leaving your feedback 🌸 I'm really glad you've enjoyed the video💆‍♀ this GUA SHA is from amazon, and as long as you go for natural stone like jade or rose quarts for example, you'll also reap the benefits of the natural energy of the stone itself 💟

    HELLO SORRY FOR LARGE TEXT IMPARTIALLY BLIND. WHILST I ENJOYED YOUR VIDS I WS SUPRISED AT HOW YOU USED THE TOOL. ONLY BECUASE FORT YEEARS IVE BEEN TOLD DO NOT USE THE TOOL STRAIGHT UP BUT FLAT AS POSSIBLE TO THE SKIN. YOU DO HAVE GREAT RESULTS AND WILL NOW ADD YOU TO MY FACIAL LIST. OH ANYWAY I CAN RELIVE MY BELLS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF FACE? I HAVE BEEN DOING SOME. THO THE RIGHT SIDE HAS ALOT OF DMGE BECAUSE IT WAS DOING TWO JOBS, CAN I DAARE TO HAVE HOPE. OBT WAY IM 65. OR IS IT 45 HEHEHE THANKX

    • @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina
      @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina  Год назад

      Thanks for your feedback. All my gua sha videos advise using the tool as flat to the skin as possible, which is what I demonstrate in my videos as well. I presume you're referring to bell's palsy on your left side of the face? Face Yoga is really good for making connection in the dormant muscles that are affected by bell's palsy, your right side needs more tension release and fascia release work since it has been overworking. Hope this helps. Polina

    Hi, thank you for this great video ! Could you please tell me of the purpose of the light strokes over the mouth video time 8:50. Thank you!

    • @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina
      @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina  5 месяцев назад +1

      Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for your feedback🌸💆‍♀ the purpose of the light strokes is to improve the flow of lymph around the lips and mouth muscle - we're draining towards the lymphatic drainage channels on the outer face. Hope this helps!

    Hi, what oil would you suggest for oily skin? Thnx😊

    • @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina
      @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina  7 месяцев назад +1

      I would use lighter oils like jojoba, hempseed or grapeseed, and look for oils specifically for all skin types including oily skin 🌸

    what kind of oil do you recommend?

    • @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina
      @ElementalFaceYogawithPolina  Год назад +2

      There are so many oils out there, that it’s hard to choose! Please use something that doesn’t clog up the pores and has rejuvenating benefits such as rosehip oil for example, also depending on your skin type, you might wish to choose the oil accordingly. I would recommend natural cold pressed oils such as marula oil, moringa and rosehip. I’m using two different ones, Plantastic overnight miracle oil from Beautypie and also Derma E anti wrinkle treatment oil, both smell lovely and work great. Hope this helps, Polina
