This scene is beautifully animated. Yhwach is a villain, and we are not supposed to sympathise with him, yet we stand in awe here - this is the moment of his glory. He knows that he is walking towards his goal and the conclusion of his personal crusade as a leader of the Quincies. Sagisu's score is excellent, one more time, and I cannot wait for the second volume of the Thousand-Year Blood Warfare OST to be released.

There's a reason Aizen wasn't the final villain of the series, he didn't give the high stakes Yhwach did.
