Just to correct your comment on Icefrog. He took over DoTA (The Wacraft 3 Mod) from Guinsoo. Then went on to make the Valve DoTA Stand-alone game. Guinsoo went on to help found Riot Games (And League of Legends prior to the Stand-alone Icefrog DoTa game) Far as Deadlock it's very similar to a game way ahead of it's time. I think Monster Hunter Rise is better than World to be honest. The complex maps of World were cool for the first few hunts of an area, but over time, they just became annoying. I much prefer how much faster Rise let you get into combat. I still like World though. Also even if I didn't prefer Rise, I'm tired of people acting like it's some downgraded, awful looking game. It looks good on pc.
Imagine seriously describing Woke Overwatch but from Wish as 'being full of Humanity and Depth" and then trying to explain to the internet on how they're wrong for not wanting to play your game like we owe them our time and money. The weird hyper levels of entitlement I see coming from Twitter make me very happy I never made an account.
Overwatch IS "woke"... The conversation surrounding Concord is weird because it's not like Overwatch. Guns + abilities in pvp shouldn't make people think something is Overwatch but it does in the same way every ARPG is called a Souls-like.
@@Einomar Didn't Overwatch use the diversity tool, scoring characters based on their race, gender, sexuality, etc. Maybe I just don't know what woke is, but that tool seemed f*cked up.
World was the game that mainstream really got introduced to. Wilds will be good, but I dont think itll see the same success simply because it's monster hunter and theres never that much difference between titles.
If Cohh would have actually played Rise on PC I can tell you that Rise looks 10000x better then worlds on ps5. Rise with 1440p + max settings. chefs kiss. Not sure what worlds looks like on PC since I don't own it on PC. but on PC rise makes world on ps4 looks like shit. and worlds on PS4/5 were still really good looking.
You’re not even thinking properly. Metacritic has this game with 69 journalist reviews all good scores with NO red reviews. If it loses GOTY it’s because a game executed design better.
Not sure why Cohh would have canceled his sid miers beyodn earth sponsored mid sponsor. I mean he wasn't even a bad game. it was like a 6-7 out of 10. I mean yet bro will get paid to play dogshit like Concord. lol
The reason it didn't do well is nobody wanted to play concord because it was buy to play. if it went f2p at launch it would have a few 1000 players play it. Shame since apparently almost all reviews said it's not a bad game. it's just boring and generic. why play that when you got overwatch? marvel rivals soon? paladins?
Yea I don't understand the current AAA trend with Hero Shooters. Valorant and Overwatch are pretty much the only successful hero shooters on the market right now (and Overwatch isn't even that successful compared to when it originally launched, 2 was a shitshow) Yet, there's a ton of failed Hero Shooters or ones that only make a little money. (Battleborn, Super Monday Night Combat, Paragon, Lawbreakers, Gigantic, etc) Supposedly, all these studios wanted to capitalize on Overwatch when it originally launched by just copying it, but you'd think they'd continue to pay attention to the market lol.
It's not like Overwatch or Valorant. It's Destiny pvp with more classes. Saying it's bland/generic is just saying it has game modes that are in other games. It has a unique game mode in addition to modes that are in basically every shooter. It has unique character kits and a class system that affects its unique game mode. Games release with a single non-standard game mode and die because those modes don't mesh with expectations, then Concord releases meeting those expectations while having its own unique mode and it's being called generic. If I could play it w/o paying for PS+ I'd buy it for 40$ because it looks like a solid game with solid variety.
I mean the guy never actually clicked any NDAS and even IF they said please don't 'share this and he Esc out that's not an NDA. there's zero legality they can do. technically the real dick is Valve.
Regardless of legality, if I own a company and told someone to not talk about my product publicly but they talk about it anyway, I have all the right to blacklist your name. Same goes with other companies that sees it, not only you're burning our bridge, but also other future bridges that can be built with other companies because they don't trust you anymore 🤷

Woke huh... you people need to see a psychiatrist.
Cohh making fun of the deadlock HP bars never played League. lol
No
Yea I don't know about that one.
ti astounds me how little ppl care about chines terrible behavior when there is so much hub bub about israel
Same with russia and playing russian games. Cohh had no problem supporting putin with Atomic Heart.
Black Myth Wukong should win Game of the Year Award but it wont and we all know why.
You’re not even thinking properly. Metacritic has this game with 69 journalist reviews all good scores with NO red reviews. If it loses GOTY it’s because a game executed design better.
Because FF7Rebirth is a much better game.
Not sure why Cohh would have canceled his sid miers beyodn earth sponsored mid sponsor. I mean he wasn't even a bad game. it was like a 6-7 out of 10. I mean yet bro will get paid to play dogshit like Concord. lol
How good it was is obviously subjective... I mean come on! People's silliness never cease to amaze me.
He explained why later in the podcast, did you miss that part?
Did you even watch the whole segment or?
(Battleborn, Super Monday Night Combat, Paragon, Lawbreakers, Gigantic, etc)
Supposedly, all these studios wanted to capitalize on Overwatch when it originally launched by just copying it, but you'd think they'd continue to pay attention to the market lol.
Nope
Its called honor, and yet Value are the dicks? Ookay.
Valve is being a dick for banning the guy who did the thing they asked him not to do?
Regardless of legality, if I own a company and told someone to not talk about my product publicly but they talk about it anyway, I have all the right to blacklist your name. Same goes with other companies that sees it, not only you're burning our bridge, but also other future bridges that can be built with other companies because they don't trust you anymore 🤷
these guys dont understand how valve marketing works.
