i do think it is interesting, as it was ultimately the heretic leader's choice in attacking thel that lead him to not learn the truth. he does explain that he beleives vadame was beyond any convincing if he was branded arbiter, but he never took the chance to find out. its honestly quite a tragic turn of events

I’ve always thought of this. I think if guilty spark wasn’t taken away too quickly, maybe Thel could’ve been convinced.
He knew there was no time. It's the same thing with tartarus. Arbiter wanted to spare him and let him see the truth, but it just wasn't possible with the time and the fact that he was too far gone

This is interesting, not one I was expecting but one that I find interesting nonetheless, you always manage to do a bang up job of these.
As cool as this alternative to the Halo Lore is technically Seas didn’t have active camo. All he had was a Thruster Pack. So he wouldn’t have been able to go invisible. Unless he stole some Elite armor with an active camo module

I had been thinking something similar when playing the level Gravemind earlier today. I mean, what if Chief and Arbiter had made peace when they were talking to the gravemind? How cool would it have been to have a cutscene in gravemind (the point when you're caught in the middle of the civil war after you save the marines) where chief convinces some elites firing at him that he knew their friend in the wierd shiny armor and was here to help them, and then have elites fight alongside you on gravemind and high charity? Idk about you guys but i'd have loved that sooo much lol.

Yo! I was just thinking about this! Like what if The Heretic leader survived or what if The Heretic Leader let the great oral speak to The Arbiter (you know instead of firing at The Arbiter when the oral is about to tell him the truth about the great plan)

Something else I noticed, the Covenant (like a lot of aliens across fiction) do not use contractions, at least not as far as I remember.

At a guess, the overwhelming numbers of the Covenant fleet overwhelms the crew of the PoA. High Charity relocates into orbit above. The Hierarchs use captured Marines to activate the installation, killing everyone in range.
