I sent all of my American Girl dolls to the AG Hospital. They cleaned them, did their hair back to the original styles, and it was SO worth it. They are now in their boxes until I can give them to my girls.

The American Girl Stores can do wonders on their hair! We took Kaya and it looked like she just came out of the box again. And boy was it in knots! Fun video. I hope my daughters appreciate the items I have saved for them one day!

I just cleaned out my son's bookcase on the weekend and I have the exact same book which I bought 24 years ago before I had my 1st child. I live in Australia so interesting to see the same children's book in a different country. Such a beautiful book.
Oh man, some of the books you picked out brought back so much memories, especially the You Are Special and Love You Forever. The messages that each author wrote stuck with me forever and now I have both of them so I can share with my future children, but not only that I gave Love You Forever to my cousin for her little girls so they can read it.

I had one and my grandma made clothes for it cause my parents were too cheap to buy the ones from the magazine 😂 I had the Samantha doll of course because we had the same name and she looked like me! And then one day we looked at her little birth certificate or something and we were born on the same date! Crazy!! Anyway, love this. Love you!
This video has taught me that I was playing with American girls dolls at the same age as Hannah (based off of her dolls) so now I don’t feel as bad.

I recently cleaned out my childhood closet too. Loved reminiscing. And girl those American Girl Dolls.. I can't wait for my future daughter to play with them. They were such a huge part of my childhood. One of the best memories ever was going to the American Girl Doll store in Chicago and having lunch with my friends and dolls. Samantha was my first, so she's my favorite. I have her entire collection. Kit was a close second. They're all so near and dear to my heart though. A couple years ago, they came out with a ballerina outfit that matched my solo pointe costume from my dance recital the year before, so even though I haven't played with my dolls in YEARS, my mom still got the outfit for me for Christmas. So sweet. 😊

My first experience with the real real was amazing. We contacted them after my dad died about two months ago because he was the most stylish man ever and had such nice things. We are using the money from what we make to pay for certain things of his after his passing.

I just gave my little girls my AG dolls and it is so fun watching them enjoy them like i did 💕 also sent a few to the AG hospital for some limb repair (#old) and to the store’s salon for a little hair update - that ish gets nasty!
