Change the oil if you haven’t done already as there shipped with a shipping oil what is no good for anything I’ve always rebuilt Chinese crap and use lots of loctite. On a plus side you can practice welding!
Ed March modified Willy into a jack of all trades mini jeep and he rode it through the most challenging Utah terrain. He even made it float down a river! I wouldn’t ride it in stock form. 😊
Probably a four wheeler motor, I'm pretty sure at least the gearbox is from a four wheeler since it has reverse. It's actually a pretty neat little design and a clever build, quality seems shoddy but I think it's a cool idea.

For only $2,500, this is actually an amazing piece of equipment! I could totally see a grandfather who was a veteran getting this for his little grandson as a birthday present. I think that's who it's designed for, not full-grown adults.
A little tinkering and that little lawn mower can be turned into a trail wrecking mud machine. in my opinion, If I ever owned one of these, the frame and chassis has potential but everything else would need a replacement. The concept is beautiful but it’s functionality would need some serious performance enhancing adjustments. I’d put a Kawasaki h2 supercharged engine in it, loosen up the steering, fabricate a custom steering column (so it won’t punch you in the 🥜 if you hit a tree), and put on some grippy off-road tires.
NGL if you watched c90adventures video posted 20 hours ago, this is a copy/ recreation of that. Unless y'all created this simultaneously and didn't even know it. I hope it works for you though Tyler. I love your little Jeep, one of the first things I'd do is make it Four-Wheel-Drive. It may not be that hard to do, get a sprocket affixed to the front axle, form of transfer case...yada yada....Yeah, four-wheel drive and maybe tune up the engine to get maximum power out of it. Good Luck!
I'd love to see you swap in a bigger motor for that thing, just the biggest most powerful one you can fit in the compartment and then see what kind of monster this thing could be with more power.

c90adventures already did the mini jeep amphibious thing. He released the video yesterday. He took it a little more than a mile across a lake using inflatable pontoons. He did 1000 miles in it through the salt flats and such in Utah to get to Moab.

So you've been watching @c90adventures I take it. For those who don't know, C90Adventures took his mini-Jeep 1000 miles through the desert to Moab. In the last episode, he made it amphibious and crossed Lake Meade.
With a Bigger more powerful engine like a Predator from Harbor Freight, and a 2 inch lift in the front and rear, also better shocks like crawler ones, and a little bit bigger better tires. You’d have yourself a sick little trail rig that can do trailing and crawling with ease. Also do a configuration on it where you can hit a button and it can change it into 4WD. Also maybe add Low as one of the gears for when you do rock crawling or mudding.
I think you could fix the turning radius a little bit with a lawn mower differential. Idk it would probably make it more bearable to drive on the road.
Really puts into perspective the bravery and determination of the American soldiers who fought across Europe in these machines. Thanks for preserving our history. Truly the greatest generation.
Honestly would love to know what state he lives in, or where this was filmed. It’s so beautiful. My husband & I were both in awe of the scenery the whole time. I’m born & raised Texas, him born & raised New Mexico and we live in Texas still so it’s like any time seeing beautiful country like this, we just soak it in. 😩😍
Build a custom rollcage for it and put some nicer seats and maybe figure out if there's performance kits or something for the engine and make sure the governor is derestricted and that thing would be 10 times cooler than it already is.
With some more off-road tires that thing looks like it would have some good tractor factor! Love watching Tyler just have fun! wish I was doing the same thing!
First of all love your videos. Second you should put the gas pedal on one side, and the break pedal in the other cab and sit in the middle that way you have more room to move your feet. The way you were driving looked uncomfortable as hell bro. Make it a one person jeep and after you modify to amphibious just get you a golf cart with mud tires more sturdy and faster lol. All in all looked fun not safe but fun. Great video. ✌️♥️😀
15:02 Bet that is what it is, I would have removed it. Someone in a dirt bike or ATV unaware of it being there will get seriously hurt if they hit it a speed. It does not look like part of a 'fence' as it is just across the path. There is a post on reddit showing the injury of a dirt bike rider after hitting one of these. the person responsible should at least put a noticeable sign or something for a warning if they were trying to keep people off their property.

Catch them, kick them off. They come back uninvited, get the law involved. They come on to your property to cause you or your family harm, by all means take care of the threat. But don't just straight up murder someone for trespassing. Especially because they might not know, or they might have been lied to and thought they had permission to be on the private property.

The company who designed this says it's for 16 and up. When you see this in person, it's bigger than you think and has a long seat for adults.

Those little 125cc generator engines are great, they're so versatile and have loads of power for their size.
Get a few of those, gather friends, make a track and have a rally. Harbor Freight preditor engine swap as well.
