I just broke up with my boyfriend because I felt that gods been telling me to let go of the guy. He was getting into things that go against my morals and I let go of someone I am deeply in love with. I haven't really cried about it yet because its finals week and my head is elsewhere😭. Hopefully I can be more accepting about my situation a month from now.
Literally is me...right now. Dated for 3 years.... was deeply in love with the dude...... but honestly when god is telling you and reminding you through the physical that the dude isn’t for you, that’s how you really know. I was is a very dysfunctional relationship that I kept trying to make work for reasons much like yours.. I broke up with ex on my birthday, I finally realized we were both unhappy, even if he wouldnt admit it, and I couldnt be 'the one' just because his family wanted me to be... Long story short, it will hurt and it will never be the right time but in the end you will be so much happier. Best wishes and happy birthday!

Where I disagree is.... the internet and/or doesn't ruin your relationships it expose the weak ones that's all. Take this time to sit back and focus on becoming a better you because going from relationship to relationship is unhealthy for anyone.
Nobody’s perfect. Stella is just honest about it. I don’t hear her advising anyone to do as she does or even claiming to be normal/healthy in relationships. She owns her mistakes. I wish I would have taken your advice when I was younger, though. I’ve only had a few LTRs, but I never took time to heal, and was in the longest bad rebound relationships ever. So...yes! Everybody needs that time to heal.
I have bad luck with posting my guy on the internet. I haven't been friends on social media with any of them recently and the recent ones did not get exposed talking to other girls or whatever, but it seems like as soon as I post them, the relationship ends. 🙄😂

i also grew up as an extreme internalized misogynist, i had only guy friends besides my best friend and i would let them make uncomfy jokes about me all the time; because i didn't want to be seen as sensitive, and lose their respect, and it was all because of the way my mom raised me. i lost that bullshit before i started dating, which i am sOOO thankful for, and i am still so embarrassed about how i use to be in middle school but then again my mom taught me to be that way- the only reason i changed was because of my freedom to do whatever i wanted on the internet at a young age.

I don't believe in soul ties. It sounds like some oppressive ideology to keep men and women (but let's be honest mostly women) from exploring their sexuality. A bunch of the manipulation you describe sounds like gaslighting. You saw with your own eyes, heard from trusted friends, found corroborating evidence that he was lying and cheating, etc., but he still tried to get you to believe that you were wrong. He knew he was in the wrong, but he still wanted to have a connection to you and he didn’t mind playing kind games to get it.
