Do you know why the points reset for some people daily? I'm following a stream that does giveaways but the point system is not working for some people and we all don't know why..
Hello! I followed the procedure step by step and even added the URL to OBS, but when i type the command in chat nothing shows up image and sound wise, only the answer to the command in chat. Do you know how might that be? Thank you so much.
My guess with out looking is the image is not in focus on elements or the size of the browser source in OBS but hard to say with out seeing it but those are 2 of the most common issues

You can use any mp3 I make most mine off clips but there's mp3 websites to get free sounds from. I'm not at home so I can't link the one I use but just Google free mp3 sounds
The commands are already in the chatbot go to chat commands and check them out I'm 90% sure it's !add points username but I don't have it infront of me at the moment
see you never really tested it to see if it works I did the something you did many times over still not showing up when i type in command on twitch or youtube I even had a friend do it nothing that why I think streamelements is free
@@WickedsTechLab Maybe i am wrong but did all that still not working for me but its no big deal I have very few people who even watch my streams and its odd have over 2000 subs but no one watches very odd
@@WickedsTechLab Oh then sorry to bother you will remove steam elements and see what there is for youtube do you have a videos on stream labs? or is this only for twitch stream labs?

They could be deleting them or have them set up different for how you earn them.

How do you add points to somebody streamelements? True twitch chat? What is the command if I wanted to give JoJo 500 points? Thank you

I use this on my stream all the time, you can reach our via discord and can help as well
You have to add the stream elements overlay to OBS or stream labs, you have to make it in the store, then make the command.

You go to streamer overlays in SE > create a new overlay > then copy the url top right attachment looking icon > paste into a browser source on OBS.
