Been affiliated for over a week now and nothing, contacted them but got, "Based on the information provided, it looks like this is currently a known issue that we're actively working to resolve as soon as possible. We are unable to provide an ETA for resolution, however we appreciate your patience in awaiting this fix."

I had the exact same thing. I resubmitted my affiliate on boarding and everything seems to be working except for channel points.

Hey! I grinded and followed the steps on become a twitch affiliate, and I became one! I got to the part where you said in 1:02 when you said to go to the viewer rewards, but all it said was Emotes, Drops, and rewards. What should I do?
If you've recently gotten affiliate sometimes it just takes a little bit for channel points to show up :)

i have the same problem but i still don't have them eventhough i've been affiliate for more than 3 weeks
so you have to go live and not have channel rewards for your viewers but still grow your channel i don't understand this.. what does it say to the viewer if you don't have this feature yet?

interesting, so it is pretty easy to put an icon for channel points but I've noticed quite a few channels that use the default purple bubble one

Hey so I followed the steps but all I see under viewer rewards is drops and rewards and for the rewards it says something about a campaign but I dont know what a campaign thing is

Hey, i just became an affiliate and i think some time ago you were able to give specific people points and change the ammount of points people would get from watching, cant we do that anymore?
Not with channel points, but you can do it with Loyalty Points through Streamlabs Cloudbot or other bots with different points.

It should do it automatically if you have drops enabled under your settings iirc

So I became an Affiliate a couple days ago but my creator dashboard is still saying I am almost an Affiliate. I do not have channel points in my rewards either. I got the email saying I became one so I am confused.

You can't set it up via console, you have to use a PC or your mobile device and view it via desktop mode in a chrome browser :)

So I've been watching videos on and off. I managed to get test alerts to work properly. But when I go live to test alerts/ channel points. It will play on OBS right away from redeem. But the stream gets it very delayed. Is there away I can fix this? So everything plays in sync. Ideally I'd like to hear them also. But want them to play in sync as soon as it's redeemed. Rather than delayed. I hope this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated.
Do you know if it's possibly your pc specs at all or internet connection that might be a little rough or do you suspect it's a obs setting?
@CpawsMusic First of let me thank you for the fast reply. Also one person told me that they will always be delayed from obs to twitch. But I'm new, so idk how true that is. I had assumed that if I redeem. That it would play at the same time. I have a direct internet connection and it's good in speed from what I'm told. I can play and stream 4k films from services. I have no problem playing high maintenance games online also. It will immediately play in obs after redeem. Then has a few seconds or so before its initiated on Twitch stream. I am using a laptop, but so far all my settings are smooth and obs stats look good under all of them. I'm wondering if maybe I just got to work on some settings. I love you're spirit and I'll keep watching your videos to see what I can figure out. I also have a trigger fyre video channel point. Which pulls from the mp4 I downloaded. But it took a solid moment to load into twitch. Then it would play it audio perfect. But the video felt like it had a few mili secs to a second off. It very may well be just me being new to all of this. I just had assumed the obs and twitch would play in sync/simultaneously. If there's any place I can send a video to show what I mean I would gladly do so. Otherwise I'll keep at it and try some more things. Oh and here are my specs. Sure not the best beast, but it still got juice in my opion.

@@DWS2020 so from what it sounds like that's just the normal twitch delay from OBS, there's just a very small 1-2 delay before twitch should see it, but yours might be a little higher if you have a certain setting on twitch set, so go into your twitch creator dashboard > settings > stream > turn on low latency mode :D

I just got affiliate yesterday and when i got to creator tab i don't have the twitch rewards tab?

for some reason my points are auto accepted i cant figure it out, my mods arent even able to reject or accept they just disappear as soon as its played

Did you just get affiliated recently? Lately it takes a while for it to show up on Twitch if you've gotten it semi-recently. Heard it's a bug on Twitch's end.

It might take a little bit for the change to occur, I would give it 24 hours and if nothing then shoot an email to twitch support

It sounds like if you've recently been affiliated then it might take a little bit for it to show up for you. A couple people have said it can take a few days or longer if you just got it. You can try reaching out to Twitch and see if they can speed up the process :)

@@Kyoshima If you got affiliated recently, give it some time. I've heard it takes some time for it to show up for recent affiliates. Can always try reaching out to Twitch to see if they can speed it up :)
