I very much agree! I have never played a Kirby game before, but I already love this guy. If there were to be a new Kirby TV show or even a new Mario cartoon, I could only imagine King DDD's ads appearing in between episodes as a running gag. Water Kirby was also an ability that debuted in the anime that later brought into the games (Baton & Iron are commonly depicted to be like: Staff & Metal.) The Super Ability sequences was inspired by the transformations in the anime. (Return to Dreamland) Some music in the anime was later reused or remixed in other games like: Air Ride & Rainbow Curse. (Along with the Smash Bros series.)

I need to watch Channel DDD all the time. Also, he's the one who started all the puns. But I think the best part about King Dedede in this show is his voice. It's just too iconic. So basically he decided to prank kirb by using fake watermelons that are just plain up bombs so everybody in the town to do a little trolling then he orders a gift to lighten the prank and he gets a letter basically saying that the pink one died and they go to the town and the town is just falling with the most authentic funeral and instead of relishing in their victory they break down and they ran to kirbs grave bada bang bada boom kirb crawls out because of watermelon. His servant got mad but he did the exact opposite and was actually glad, then average demon beast stuff happens the episode ends
Vice versa, bud. Kirby Star Allies brought all of the special characters from other games all under one roof, and Kirby Star Allies has plenty of references besides these.
