- One of the funniest scenes from the Kirby: Right Back at Ya/Hoshii no Kaabii (Kirby of the Stars) anime. Kirby and King Dedede have become fat, and Dedede downloads a fitness trainer from Nightmare to lose the weight.
Both the English and the Japanese versions are included, with the English one first. Make sure you stick around for the Japanese one, it is a lot funnier.
NOTE: Kirby: Right Back at Ya belongs to 4Kids Entertainment. Hoshii no Kaabii belongs to CBC, Nintendo, and HAL. The Subtitles on the Japanese version were created by the OPHnK team at Kirby's Rainbow Resort.

If I remember correctly Mike Kirby is one of the more powerful transformations in the game. Capable of destroying even bosses with ease.
yeah the only draw back is that its pretty rare in stages + only has 3 charges
Its can two shot mini bosses and depending on the boss fight 3 shot most bosses
If they use mike kirby in any video game it can cause the game to crash w overload volume and force

I swear I found a way in super star that I speedrun to beat a boss the second I touch it with super kirby and then eat to get ice ability.

The reason why meta knight isn’t terrified of Kirby’s singing is because he because he doesn’t have ears.

I wish the 4Kids Dub kept in the line where Escargoon told Dedede to either go on a diet or listen to Kirby's beautiful singing voice. I feel it adds to the joke where Kirby pop out of the rubble and starts singing.

That's how you know the localization team messed up when they dubbed the episode, they remove the theme that defined King Dedede

I don’t know why they didn’t use that remix in the English version
One thing I notice that's different between the versions is Tiff's stance on the concept of an exercise instructor. In the English, Tiff is insistent on Dedede exercising because that's the way to better oneself. But in the Japanese, Tiff is disgusted Dedede is spending money to get better after he made himself fat. It's quite interesting that it shows how different cultures view the situation. Although Escargoon's stance remained the same that they won't improve if they don't make the effort.

My opinion I like Tiff better in 4Kids dub
The original japanese version of this show has always been my favorite.
More expressive and better than the English version
Also you get king dededes theme too
I feel like the English version beats out the Japanese version only when it comes to the Voice Actors

For the record, Kirby did go to the karaoke contest and got sent to NME after turning into mike Kirby

i honestly found this by far the funniest episode they made, both in the 4kids dub and the original anime, there was something about it that just made it absolutely hilarious!

4kids’ omission of original Kirby themes is regrettable but it was probably because of copyright. If I’m going to rewatch this then I’ll just stick to the sub

The US audio seems to be done to emphasize Kirby's horrendous singing, whilst the JP audio seems to give fans a dose of fanservice with the background music.

Everybody’s talking about how Mike Kirby is destructive but nobody’s talking about how great of a character Max Flexer/ Macho-san is, he basically dominated the king of dreamland and a godkiller for a while instructing a fitness routine.

I wish there were a way to combine the English dialogue and the Japanese music. The music in the Japanese version absolutely makes this scene, and without it, it's pretty much butchered.

Thats why I like the JP version better because the sheer amount of "wait what?" Is funny. The Eng version is fine, but some dialogs are changed and some scenes are removed alongside with all Kirby music which is sad since the va's are nice.
