Charlie Benante is easily one of the most underrated drummers out there. Always so clean
he's the best, I don't think anyone comes close!!!!!
He ain't underrated. 😂 He's been in Anthrax since 81, one of the biggest metal bands of the 80s, and they're still relevant after all these years. He was the drummer in S.O.D.
He's touring with what's left of Pantera. Plus He's got 7 or 8 rows on Wikipedia. Charlie Benante is definitely not underrated. 😂
@@Thundarr995 when people talk about best drummers ever....generally they don't mention Charlie Benante.....they should but don't was my point.
Loved the John Bush years
What stands out is how John isnt just a vocalist who sounds good on studio recordigs but is amazing live, his voice is the real deal guy is a beast!

on persistence of time he's incredibile in every Song...Benante is one of the most powerful drummer of our music

Just watched this DVD again this morning like many times over the last 10 yrs of having it. This is so kick ass. I saw them in Grand Rapids MI in Aug of 03 and they recorded this like 4 months later in Chicago and went to Flint MI the next night.
I have seen Anthrax 3 times. But never with John Bush. I wish I had!!!
Its crazy how high John's range was in the 90s. I think he naturally has more of a baritone. Even with the drop tuning, he was having some trouble hitting some of the high notes in chorus. His natural speaking voice is very different from his singing voice.

heat4yoass that's because John Bush sucks he sounded better in the studio version of this song this is the only time I have heard him sing and he sucks ass Joey Belladonna f****** rules and as always the band Anthrax the Musical part kicks ass
i started listening to anthrax when belladonna was the singer(back in 85) with spreading the disease. my 2nd favorite band at the time was Armored Saint. I about shit bricks when bush replaced belladonna... it was awesome.. SOOOO, which one of these words don't you understand? anthrax was better with bush. belladonna sounds crappy now compared to the 1st time around. bush still sounds kickass.. as with your comment, this is just my opinion
