I got the plus and took all five exams and review all the incorrect moderate, difficult, and expert questions. I scored 70, 75, 71, 69, 53. Exam 5 was the hardest. Reddit Third3Rock notes was extremely helpful with a lot of resources. David Mclachlan videos I watched at the end. Hope it helps. Good luck!

    Hi sir , Thanks for this content ,, May I ask what is difference when asking : What should project manager do vs. What is first action should project manager do ??

    • @edzest
      @edzest  Месяц назад

      As such there's not much difference because you'd still be selecting the best possible option.
      But sometimes when they ask what should the PM do first.. they are looking to test the understanding of sequence of events.

    Third Question @ 30:00. The problem is something was blocking the team from working. Doesn't this suggest an issue with Definition of Done rather. Hence if they sort that out they would prevent problems with the product features?

    • @edzest
      @edzest  15 дней назад

      Hi, yes, and that’s why option A is the best choice of all, as discussed in the video.👍🏻

      That’s a very good score.
      For drag and drop: these are direct questions so my suggestion would be to go through those again. Similar questions were reported by successful PMP(R) credential holders.

    I am a little bit confused about question 39. With my little knowledge about crashing. I thought it means to add resources to reduce schedule.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  2 месяца назад

      Hi, you have a great understanding 😊
      but question is asking to compress the schedule not to crash.
      And to compress within tight budget we can not add resources, hence fast tracking is selected.

    Q21. Adding or replacing words like suspects and observe doesnt seems a approach by PMI. better to stick to pattern of what is being asked

    • @edzest
      @edzest  15 дней назад

      Hi, it’s important for a PM to know whether the problem being discussed is a concern/doubt or an established problem. The actions that will be taken, will be based on that understanding. Hence, words like suspect and observe have huge role to play in PMP questions.
      Many projects fail because PM spends time solving problem that didn’t even exist.

  • @LokeshSharma-e5t
    @LokeshSharma-e5t 17 дней назад

    Ques3. none of the correct. Updating DOD wont solve the problem. Agile team solve the prob by their own.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  15 дней назад

      Hi, question is not asking how the problem would be solved rather what actions would PM take. Corrective and Preventive actions both can be taken … in this situation the options talk about Preventive actions. A is the best choice.
