Hi Amit, Thank you so much for your effort in explaining the Project Managment concepts in all domains clearly and I passed my PMP exam last Sunday. I was very grateful to you. 🙏
My dear Sir Mr. Amit, I just passed my PMP exam today Sept 19, 2024, and I'm giving all credits to you, you're with me for the last 3 months, usually, starting when I go home from work in the car, when I go walking... I will miss your voice, Big Thanks and keep up.
Hi Amit, I took my PMP exam yesterday 3/6/24, and I passed it! Thank you for sharing your videos. I found your videos on RUclips two weeks before I had to take my exam, and I am glad I did (I wish I had taken your class). They were extremely helpful. Your teaching helped me connect all the pieces and brought me clarity. You are truly appreciated. Thank you 1,000 times
Thank you so much for your kind words Rose. It's so good to hear about your success. I'm glad I played a role in your preparation. All the best for future endeavours. ,🎉
I always struggled understanding the different types of Contracts referred to few resources but couldn't be able to properly understand, you have properly explained this key topic in lucid language and to the point. - thank you PS- I don't usually comment on any videos - but here I couldn't resist myself from doing so.
Thank you Amit!!! I've watched your videos, at least a few dozens and passed today PMP 😊😊😊. Your explanation is the best one which I I've seen on yt, Keep going man!!!
Hey Pawel, thank you so much for such kind comment! I’m glad I could help you in your preparation… 😊 Congratulations on your PMP and All the best for everything ahead. 🎉
Hi Amit, kudos to great content !! One big issue in one of the slides was Project budget diagram which is wrong. Project Budget = Cost baseline + Management Reserves, where Cost baseline = Work package cost estimates + Contingency Reserves. Else everything is crisp and a good revision. Thanks
Hi, it's a great observation and I know it's a confusing area because the 6th edition and 7th edition of the PMBOK shows things differently. If you have gone through the 6th edition then your explanation is correct. But since the 7th edition is the latest, hence we went with the 7th. Also, the budget amount is what a project manager is given, it makes sense to keep the management reserve out of it.

@@inaveen19 thanks a lot Naveen for such detailed answer. Thank You Amit. I passed my PMP exam Last March 31. I used your youtube contents as a revision and to understand better the concept of Project Management on each task in all domains. I Highly recommend your videos/contents to my Friends and to all the people whose asking me about the study material that i used to passed my PMP exam! Once again Thank you very much for your effort and for sharing your knowledge with us. Wish you all the best Godbless you more 😊😇🤗
Yes, that's correct. So you adjust the use of resources to try to complete the work within the float (on time). This might not be possible without adding resource(s).

In the final stages of an iteration-based agile project, the sponsor is unhappy with the execution as the project duration is trending at 48 weeks compared to the initial commitment of 40 weeks. The primary reason for the delay is scope creep, with the customer continuously adding new features. Despite about 3-4 weeks' worth of story points remaining, the project's scope has increased from the baseline of 542 story points to 679 story points. Which is the best data representation to show to the sponsor in the context of this situation? Feature chart Iteration burndown chart Iteration burnup chart Gantt chart
Hi, burnup chart typically talks about the overall scope as well to learn about the scope added. But in the options, iteration burnup is mentioned which will provide understanding of one iteration only. Hence, Feature chart will be better to represent the context.
Hi if the question says, PM has 8 stakeholders on the team, then how many total team members are to consider to calculate the number of communication channels?
Thank you Amit. I passed my PMP on Monday and used your RUclips content to understand the concept. Key to Success to PMP is with Amit🎉🎉

As per PMBOK6, page 211, resource smoothing is making use of free or float time to do the activities .
Yes, that's correct. So you adjust the use of resources to try to complete the work within the float (on time). This might not be possible without adding resource(s).
