1:35 Lite Brite complains about the cold weather... 2:16 local kids walking around in shorts. Too funny! By the way, great song at the 12:00 mark. Reminds me of some old Jonny Lang or Kenny Wayne Shepherd riffs.
Scott Gephart My Dads gone too. He was 84 when he passed in 2014. So, I was raised on country but I grew up on Rock and Roll. I'm 65 and still rockin' 👍🏻. 🇺🇸😎
Considering I work on the front lines of this virus, these vids help to keep me motivated to keep building the XJ. Keep them coming. Helping me stay sane man.
@@allanwagner4570 I was preparing for this. I'd really like to make a trip up there when all this blows over. Canada has been a wheeling bucket list for me and it would be great to check it off 👍
Stellar content. The slow-mo, the music, interviews, and of course the wheeling were mixed together perfectly for a great video. Oh, and btw, sometimes the skinny pedal can make up for not having a locker. 🤣 Keep up the great work.
Awesome to see you guys working/wheeling together! Gives a great perspective of different build types and driving styles from two of the best youtubers around
Nate that was such a badass video! That looked like pretty challenging trails. The footage was absolutely outstanding. How rad you had LiteBrite on as well. Y’all were a blast to follow along!
Great video and thanks Jacob for filming. I run a 9” and I had a problem with the inner seals ‘ARB old style’ leak in the diff same as what you were describing. I ran mine back and forth lock unlock and so on and with some persuasion it locked. That trip it was giving me a fit and once locked I didn’t unlock it all weekend. Eventually had to get new seals in the diff. Anyways I like the ‘always rely on the dana 44’. It had me rolling! Keep doing it!
nate another great video my guy!!!killin the production side of these ! kevin good to see you on this channel buddy! and brittany always beautiful and such an amazing attitude! all around great people
Great video, and impressive making all the obstacles without the rear locker. Remember, when the rear starts spinning one tire, you can help it by pulling on the E brake to help it get some more power to the side not turning.
I had my air locker do the same thing. The copper line in the housing just came loose from the fitting that connected it to the plastic air line. I fixed that but the locker still didn’t work. I did some further inspection and when the air line came loose, it allowed gear oil to go into the copper line and in the locker where the air flows. This kept the locker from engaging even after fixing the line. The lockers are super easy to take apart, I pulled the seals and cleaned out all the gear oil and it has worked great since. Test the locker by putting an air nozzle on the copper line to see if it engages before you put it back together. Those stickies are awesome! Keep up the cool videos!
I have said for ever tires are key. I run Nitto Mud Grapplers and they are amazing. I have ran ProComp MT’s, KM2, KM3 and Iron mans. Grapplers are on a whole new level by far. Not as good as your tires but still amazing. Keep up the great videos.
I have seen it where the "O" ring that seals the disk that locks the diff gets twisted during the install and it won't seal in the diff, a 25 cent part breaks the locker.
I’ve run a bunch of different tires from at to mt to boggers. I honestly feel like the KM3 Tires I’m running on my Jeep now are the best tires I’ve ever had.
I made the switch to Toyota and got a 5th gen and built it out for overlanding and easy stuff. Nate your making me look bad wanting another tj to play in the scary stuff. Amazing videos. Keep up the good work. Hope u and ur family are safe during this time.
Sweeeeeeeeetnesssss nate! PLEASE tell me that you’re gonna wheel with 4lo bc!!!! That would be epic. GREAT video as always. It’s time for me to wheel over here in Spokane.
On the 9” the seal ring retainer has a slight curve to it and if you put it on up side down it smashes the orings in the seal ring and let’s the air escape out the other side flip it over you should feel like the bearings are binding and when you loosen up the bolts the did will free up
Nate, I have been a BFG guy since the 80s, until I ran a set of the Cooper STT Pros. The BFG's are an awesome tire, but I like the Coopers better for rock crawling.
Love wheeling out there! Nice to see the visitors enjoying the local trails. Currently building my samurai with a link suspension, but taking longer than I want. Can't wait to head out there or Evan's Creek when up and running again. Elbe would be fun too!
I hate to say this, and I don't mean it to be negative, but it's good to see you have failures every once in a while. Your rig seems so reliable and perfect compared to mine, it's good to see even someone like yourself goes through the same struggles I go through every time I go out wheelin'. lol Keep up the great videos, and I can't wait to see what goes on in Canada. I also love the music in this video compared to the others.
The fancy air and electronic lockers are cool, but more often than not I hear people talking about how something has happened that has caused them not to work. It always just reinforces how happy I am that I went with simple Detroit’s front and rear. Hard to go wrong with the KISS principle.
looks like a great way to avoid the corona virus. playing in the woods
😂
Dude... your content is NEXT LEVEL! Makin clapped out XJ’s look good.
Thanks buddy lol
Clapped out XJ?! What are you talking about that thing is fucking badass
Nate, glad to see all this craziness has not stopped from doing what you love...👍🍻
Clappidy clap clap
YES YES YES, more wheeling videos! Love the shop vids, but a equal amount of wheeling is needed too!
1:35 Lite Brite complains about the cold weather...
2:16 local kids walking around in shorts. Too funny! By the way, great song at the 12:00 mark. Reminds me of some old Jonny Lang or Kenny Wayne Shepherd riffs.
Scott Gephart
Sounds like Stevie Ray Von to me. Little Wing maybe?
@@dannyakatrikerred7381 yes, I agree with you. I grew up listening to my dad playing Stevie Ray Von... that was back before his death.

Your editing is legit.... love the slow mo w/blues

Great vid, The blues are a nice touch. Dint catch the artists tho, I’d love to check them out
I don't know how you do it, but through the noise and grit of offroading, you make it so chill. Awesome videos dude! Glad you made the move you did.
Thanks buddy 👍
Love the quality of your videos ! Great job running the trails without your rear locker

The slow motion shots going up the rocks was amazing! Keep doing what you’re doing brother, you’re what’s getting me through this quarantine!

Slowly working my way through your videos and enjoying the one's like this and the fabrication

Another quality video Nate. Rock solid footage and sticky tracks laid on top. 👍💪👊⚡

That’s my backyard. Fun little trails but no mountains to climb with viewpoints. Many of the Cascade trails are closed but reiters pit is open

The fans on front are pusher fans there are also 2 fans behind the radiator that are puller fans

Man washington has a lot of beautiful wheeling. I need to go explore next time I'm on leave. See how my little ranger does
Cool video so glad someone told me about your channel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Come up to B.C. that would be awesome!
jharks26 and southern Alberta after...
This video is on point! I love Washington...someday ill move.
Greetings from Tacoma, WA. Great video but holy crap, that’s extreme wheeling..
Nate, I have been a BFG guy since the 80s, until I ran a set of the Cooper STT Pros. The BFG's are an awesome tire, but I like the Coopers better for rock crawling.

Love it there going this sunday
Just got a air shifted OX locker can't wait to try it no internal air. Love the videos keep them coming 😎
Dana 44 and stickies for the win!!!! 😂🤣
Superb crawling love it 😍
I left my rear diff open while I broke in my new gears and it kills the traction on the trail. Fixing to pull the diff and weld it up
With how sick your Jeep is I’m surprised you don’t have a full custom cage. Nice rig though.
Those new tires look like they worked great! Maybe I need a set for my Cherokee build
Dude these tires are crazy
