Somehow, wolf-dog behavior seems a lot easier to read than dog behavior. They are much more explicit in the signals they send, and yours seem very friendly and playful with other dogs, which is super nice since, to my understanding, they are usually frightened by new things. They look curious and with a good disposition towards people and dogs, such a good training! Great videos

thanks for the video , watching your wolf dogson a normal walk , their behavior & interactions approaching other dogs is typical of my own wolf dogs movements & behavior . My dog, Sakima is such a good natured boy, he does not express the alpha dog mentality at all when greeting other dogs. He gets excited jumps off the ground & wants to play or at least meet every dog he sees. Sakima is timid rather than aggressive. He was born naturally knowing how to be himself as well as how to behave . For the most part I did very little training other than making me the alpha dog & teaching him to come when called. I did get him fixed (sigh) when he was about 9 months old

Now I have a pair of 160+ lb great pyranese livestock guardians and they have turned a few coyotes flat in defense of their flock. Ugh nothing like waking up to pink pyranese. Oddly enough my red Junglefowl hens have killed and eaten partially 2 foxes before I got the doggos. I wonder if it would be possible to train a wolf dog to be a LGD or will they always see livestock for what it is...fucking food, they may just be too smart and dogs a bit dumb lol.
