Now, That's a beautiful skill to watch and reproduce.
Balandin 2+3
I remember watching this guy in rings finals. Amazing how he had the incredible strength moves, even though he had such long arms, and he wasn't heavily muscled like other guys.
One of the very best, for sure.
that's a good point. his biceps dont look like the top level ring specialists. amazing guy!
There's strong and there's ridiculously strong. That skill is beyond that.
Literally no one in the audience knows how hard this is
I don’t think so, judges, coaches, fans, they all know how hard is it
I have no idea bruh I'm a silly dumb dumb never done rings bum bum
Yea. Also notice how he's doing those skills easily in Combo.. -> he's able to do multiple reps of them
@@alessandro6574 only if you can do the skill/ combo you truly understand how hard it is and only then you're also able to compare the difficulties of those skills/ combos.
@@DeadlyAlpacaa i partially agree, we don’t even understand it, I replied that cuz the comment gave me the idea that the guy was capable of understanding how hard it was, I mean how hard something is is really personal, For example for me and a lot of people repping full planche presses or doin a Maltese is something that looks impossible, for this guy it is probably almost a warm up, same way some people finds impossible basic exercises as the muscle up or a simple backlever or frontlever that I personally find really easy, so I mean we don’t know how hard is it for them, but we know the process and the time that you need to invest to be able to do this things, and that personally amazes me ( My English is kinda bad so if u found any mistakes please tell me 😂😅, if u read until here Thanks buddy I appreciate it 💪🏼)
That muscle-up hurts just watching.
Impressive performance.
It’s a balandin 2 but ugly
A straight arm muscle up is over the top insanity … just pressing up in that iron cross and passing it -> good luck learning that in 10 years
Very cool and strong gymnast
Really thanks for removing the annoying Intro :)
Dont worry it will come back
It’s most likely because the contract with gornation expired
Lol because you don't donate him so the only way he has to do to keep his passion is by adding ads. RUclips doesn't pay that much money as you thought.
SP K nothing wrong with ads at all, it’s just that that particular intro got rly annoying because he used it so much
TrollC and 20 sec. is way too long too.
An absolute machine of a man. At one point, when they showed a close-up of his face, I thought I saw him a little flushed, but for the most part you couldn't really tell that it was hard for him.
Esos si son muscle up de verdad🔥
That was insane!
He does Maltese like push ups
You didnt see Scarxlus)))
@Alexey Volchinscky, Scarxlus тоже тащит самолёт очень хорошо)
@@saansaanov8491 Yeah, let's see him perform more than one maltese with good form, during a 1:30-2 minute ring routine comprised of nothing but advanced elements like planches, malteses, iron crosses and all the transitions between those.
Gymnasts beat calisthenics any fucking day delusionals
@@suke3823 didn't scarxlus get 11 rings zanetti week ago?
Woow so epic

Love this 💯❤️
Que movimientos tan limpios y bien realizados y la cruz de hierro abriendo el agarre falso ufff, fenomenal.
alucinante la fuerza de este tipo
Este atleta es pura.fuerza
Straight arm pull to inverted cross is called balandin
Balandin 2 actually.
@@staliniumprojectile oh didnt know that thanks
Straight pull is called Butterfly ,butterfly to
Inv is Balandin 2,Balandin 3 is pull to Hirondelle with a push to Planche
Slaughter. Balandin 1 is to planche, doesn’t have to be through Maltese, balandin 2 is to invert and balandin 3 is to Maltese
@@gdyo3367 what is hirondelle
Love it
Straight arm muscle up 🤯
To inverted cross(!)
The real OG's
butterfly man
Ectomorph wayyyyy
Do one for Balandi plz.
Арменин👍👍👍
i think it is the most elite muscle up there is
People in the audience appreciating it thinking it's hard because they can't do a chin-up...
Mate, this isn't on the same planet as a chin-up
Love for all armenians
I don't remember but there was a German gymnast at OG who was doing an incredible MU
Vuamossss
Bruh he looks tall
He isn't lol he's tiny
In gymnastics 170cm is tall, so yes he is
But can he elbow lever? I think not.

Ivan unbelievably stupid

Nice jk
Where’s the video on Balandin?
I have jsut started training it; so far i can do it with 1/4 bw
Still trying bro?
he is very tall!!
we want PETROUNIAS
Armenia 💪💪💪🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲
he looks like a basketballplayer in second league.
Most probably trained by Albert Azaryan... when he was a small child, he dreamed about hanging on rings as Albert did. Just a few more blacksmith exercises and he will manage the Azaryan cross as well (joking)...
how tall is he ?
5'6
@@Koroar he looks like he is 6 feet wtf
@@giorgosmath lol true! looks tall in the video but there are pretty much no gymnasts that tall I think, gotta be quite small to do this stuff
It’s also called a butterfly mount
In code of points it's called Balandin 2,3 if it'd connected to inverted cross or plwnche
Se chiama balandin
he is so thin compared to yuri van gelsen lol
Enrique compnay genetic
He's way taller than Van Gelder, though.
Having a lot of muscle mass along with his height would cost him a lot in terms of performance.
Van gelder is 160 cm / 60 kg :D
@@dvsgkbdjhsuioxgb4082 He's only 10cm taller and 1 kg heavier
That’s easy I can do that
mmh now i understand, he is pulling at 0:15 up with a Reason, to a another Grip, that makes his move easier.
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the fact that the annoying kid was not at the beginning.
That annying kid was Noa Man himself LOL
No, just Vitaly melnik
he looks tall too
I am woring towards iron cross and found this video for inspiration.
It did not help
he looks tall... how tall is he?
170cm
Height?
170cm
Does someone know his Height, i think he is around 180cm +- 5 cm
170/61
First
Is it that difficult? In comparison to a maltese on rings which is more difficult?
A straight arm muscle up is way more difficult,It is at least a D movement, where as the maltese is a C
@@giacomovincenzoni3309 I wouldn't say "way" more difficult. It is a D vs a C, but it depends what you're good at. I learned a butterfly cross before a maltese.
I’d say it’s more technical as well compared to maltese
@@giacomovincenzoni3309 this is not true, maltese is ranked as D in the gymnastic on the rings. The straight arms muscle up is not ranked, there is the press from cross to L-sit that is ranked as C and the press from dead hang to iron cross that is a D. There are also moves that include the straight arms MU that are ranked as E and F (Balandin 1 and 2) but those are complex elements in which the SAMU is only the first part of the movement: Balandin 1 ends in planche, Balandin 2 ends in inverted cross.
@@chuckiebenze9548 you are right,I didn't mention those.
Usually even movements that don't exist in gymnastics competitions have a certain value.
For instance the Front lever pull up is considered a B in terms of difficulty even if It doesn't exist in gymnastics.
Otherwise how could you theoretically determine the difficulty of a calisthenics move.
