Great video! Here's one more skill to put on my list of things to accomplish. I'll definitely use your app once I find a place that accommodates my needs. I haven't found a place yet that has a high bar, a place for my rings or padded floor space. Plus you always have to wear shoes in Southern California gyms.
If the transition between one or the other is too hard/difficult, use ankle wieghts (1 lbs or up to 2-3 pounds or 1 or 2 kg) before moving on to the next transition.
This guy inspired me to use my pull-up bar more than ever before and im loving the extra definition my body has gotten from it
Fantastic video! Always amazed how one exercise translates into gains in another.
Glad you liked it!

Same please❤
Thanks 👌
Welcome 😊
Yes mate you explained how I can pull off a back lever but no illusive front lever 😂 yet .
You can do it!
Do you have any way to boost my recovery😅
Adam I can RTO hold for 30 seconds and can do ring supinated push ups, are my elbows strong enough for learning back lever?
Hey can tou tell me how to gain the strength to do a planche back lever and L sit and others
Yes
There are other videos on the channel about that
Ohhhh
How about a one that tells what is needed to do those 😊
I can do the pronated version, but not the supinated version. It seems like the pronated version is way easier
