The hook is “Lords of the Underground- Chief Rocka”…u gotta check that one out, it one of the greatest songs of the 90’s. Easy Moe Bee, Premier & Lord Finesse did beats on this album.
Dam you beat me to it lol
💯📠
Easy Mo Bee, definitely my favourite producer on this album 🙌🏾
I didn't know Lord Finesse was one of the producers on this album? That's cool. I know Lord Digga was also a producer on this album. He did "Me & My Bitch", "Every Day Struggle", and "One More Chance"👍🏼
Chief Rocka was definitely a vibe for a lack of a better word when it dropped.
The producer of this song is "Easy Mo Bee", he produced most of Ready To Die
Man i respect young dudes like you who are doing research on hip-hop listening to the classics, you are important to alot of people, young and old.
You're showing respect to us oldskool hip-hop heads and teaching people your own age to listen to history.
Salute!
Well said
Easy Mo did this and the majority of Ready to die. Puffy was the "executive producer" which essentially just means he oversaw the whole project but didn't do the beats. Mo also did a lot of joints for Tupac on his album Me Against the World, which came out around the same time in 1994
Thank you... So many people thought Puffy was making all the Badboy beats back in the day. Lol not even close.
Me Against The World was 95
@@Rusty3197 you're right. I guess I was thinking it was mostly produced in 94 because Pac was locked up in 95 when it dropped (If I'm not mistaken)
@@NeverForgiveAction
Hi he was locked up in 94 I believe going into the next year of 95 and released on bail yeh sometime in 95: Going off the top of my head right now from what I remember in regards to Tupac being released from prison.
The hook on song is actually Lords of Underground song that they are using. “I live off the funk, I die off the funk” a🔥🔥🔥🔥. You should do some Lords of Underground. Newark NJ represent
Salute Mr Funkee and LOTUG
Diddy ft The Notorious B.I.G. & Busta Rhymes - Victory
Puff doesn’t make beats. He’s just the executive producer.
Bro! I remember the first time I heard this, I was 17 and I’m now 32 and it still feels the same .. this track blew my mind! And gimme the loot! One of my favourite album to date
It's crazy how this still sounds so new even if it's from 1994
Diddy was more of an Executive Producer for Biggie, he convinced him to do songs like Juicy which he thought was too commercial at first but made him blow up and become huge beyond the hardcore hip hop fanbase. I'm not sure Diddy ever made beats himself or if he just sort of picked samples for ghost producers to make beats out of
He was more the ladder.
My Favorite Song On The Entire Album That Beat Knocks Soooo Hard Courtesy Of Producer Easy Mo Bee
Mase, The lox, Black rob and DMX 24 hrs to live
you’re a knowledgeable respectful young man, keep being you and doing what you do.. You’ll be at 100k soon..
first let me say I really appreciate you for reacting to classic jawns it's dope to see the youth vibrating to 90's hip hop you bridge the gap that's major wish you nothing but growth and success in all you do peace
I love this song. Shows his lyricism and how much fun he had.
Easy Mo Bee…. Very underrated producer!
✔✔✔✔✔✔✔✔
The producer of this song, along with most of BIG’s first album, is Easy Mo Bee. LEGENDARY producer.
Respect to you young sir 🙏🏿. Appreciate you appreciating the past generations
Easy Mo Bee is legendary! Start researching his name and you aint gonna find nothin' but bangers. He made that beat. Puff is not really a beatmaker but he is a producer.
Busta Rhymes - Everything Remains Raw [Easy Mo Bee]
Das efx microphone master
I'm just subscribed and enjoying.
I'm surprised to not have heard some of the foundational artists of the time period yet.
Public Enemy, KRS1, X Clan, MC Breed, Rass Kass, Jayo Felony, Redman
Dig in them bags for a cornucopia of real hip hop flavor.
I miss 90's rap, this beat 🔥
WOW! You learn something new everyday. I always thought Puff did a lot of the Bad Boy artist beats. 🤔
I Always learn something new on these reactions to these classic joints...even though I kinda still grew up on these joints. Man
Biggie feat Jay-Z - I Love The Dough
Easy Mo Bee main prod.
Easy Mo Bee was the main producer on the first album. He did most of the tracks including this one. Chucky Thompson was a big contributor as well. Puffy was the executive producer and helped with some of the samples like on Juicy.
When that beats drops 🎤
Young King is way ahead of his time! He needs a podcast
First time hearing it myself,it's fire all around🥇
This was always one of my favorite Biggie songs, he was going fucking hard on the bars and flows he really brought the whole package.
The main producer of B.I.G. Ready To Die album is Easy Mo Bee. He produced about 4 or 5 tracks on this album.
wow I was just getting back into this album and here we are. BTW man you look good! And whats up with the hat? Is the D backwards lol? Producers = Puff daddy and Easy Mo Bee.
He snapped on this. That last verse man listen
Ok now we’re heating up 🔥🔥🔥
One of the main producers off of this album was “easy moe be”
Ok old g at 56 l got notorious big cd and it’s fire. Glad you did research on this hip hop icon
The producer (even thought this is like an year late) is Easy Mo Bee, one of the greatest producers of the 90’s who gave great instrumentals not just to big but also 2pac
He did a fair bit of songs on ready to die and they are all greatly layered
If you want, check out 2pac’s temptation cause it captures not only his style but just how versatile he could be.
EASY MOE B ON THE BEAT
So this is the Original ‘Machine Gun Funk’ when you hear the ‘Ohh Yea’ where as, in the Remaster, they took out the ‘Parliament’ sample.
My guy, if you love the sound of these beats do some more Easy Mo Bee tracks
His biggest most recognized hit is:
Craig Mack flavor in ya ear (Remix)
As for biggie you need to check out 'Ready to die' the track.
And you gotta do my all time fav hip hop track with the most godly of beats
Busta rhymes's 'Everything remains Raw' which was the intro of the Woo Hah music video.
Main producer on the first album is Easy Moe Bee, laced him heavy
I love seeing songs I have on my playlist be reacted to!
You should check out "Brief" by Jarv, studio version not the video(it's a live performance)
First album Easy Mo B
Easy Mo Bee did majority of Ready To Die as well as Craig Macks' first album Project Funk The World if im not mistaken. But later on The Hitmen would takeover production for Bad Boy and one in particular you might recognize from that crew is Stevie J. Love your channel Young King salute
One of my favorite songs of this album next to the what with him and meth. I think easy mo bee was the main house producer for bad boy at the time because he produced craig macks whole album project funk the world before biggie album came out.( another classic you have to listen to if you already haven't).
Yeah you got to do Lords Of The Underground now.
Natural Elements - Bust mine
I live for the funk, I'll die for the funk
90s was a wild place loooll
One of Bigs Best!!!
I always liked this song the most of biggie because it gives a mellow smooth g funk vibe
Young Ahmad old school … my man keep it up!
If you do Chief Rocka watch the video-Redman makes a cameo in the last 3rd of it.
For the first album....most of the tracks were produced by easy move bee....premier produced a couple and lord finesse
DJ Premier gave the beat for Unbelievable to Biggie for like $5,000 dollars I remember. My favorite song on the record!
Good vid brotha. Since you like storytelling you should check out some SPM these are some pretty good ones.
Jackers in my home
Medicine
Real gangster
My favorite Biggie track along with "Warning".
You gotta react to GZA's Liquid Swords. Not the album, but the single.
Easy mo bee also produced 2pac me against the world
Redman-Soopaman Luva..All of them back to back to back
🔥 track
....plus you should do" unbelievable" from this album
Easy moe bee Ahmad
That sample from the LOTUG...gotta get some lord of the underground on here
This beat was made by Easy Mo Bee from California. He's also made beats for Tupac too.
Easy Mo Bee is from Brooklyn not Cali.
Bro you got to do "The Ugliest" by Busta Rhymes ft Biggie
Another Brooklyn rapper you should check out is Smoothe Da Hustler : Broken Language
Yes! Dope choice!
Easy mo bee on produced this joint
Cormega ft mobb deep…”Killaz theme”
MOBB DEEP - Right back at you (Sunset Park Soundtrack)
You have to do Mobb Deep (Temperatures Rising)
HAVE TO listen to Nuthin but A G thang by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, one of the GFunk and West coast anthems
First time? A young boul. The 90s was epic
Easy Mo Bee did a lot of this album as well as Pac's "Me Against The World." Both came out about the same time. Don't drink the Kool-Aid about Puffy....he doesn't make make beats. Just gets people with talent to make them and then picked which ones he liked best.
Hey check out "the what - by biggie and method man or mobb deep and big noyd- grimy way... I'm sure you'll dig both of them!
yeah, easy mo bee catalog is crazy.
2pac Thug 4 Life (Original)
Best Ever like Jimi H. on his Ax ... best believe!

Gotta check out Daytona 500 by GFK soon yo
Classic
Mo Bee crushed this production.
Peace Lord! Easy Mo Bee produced that gem you're listening to right now. Easy produced the bulk of his first album. #therealbornfree
Bro Huge props for actually listening to the version with the parliament sample, That's the OG version they ruined it in the 2006 remaster
Rest in paradise to Biggie, Tupac, Big pun and Big L, DMX.
Roc Marciano - 76(Official video) plss
Do Krs one, Rakim, kool g rap, slick Rick and queen Latifah
The incredible and very slept on Easy Mo Bee did a little less than half of this album. The Bluez Brothers and Trackmasters also did some tracks. Biggie's other albums had a bunch of various producers. Puffy had a great ear for beats, though, and always tapped good producers for Biggie.
Easy Mo Bee made his most notable bests Including this one
Easy Mo Bee laced most of Ready to die.
GANG STARR - MASS APPEAL
