Nice, I also changed the radiator because my dad dropped a knife into the radiator and then not found the knife. We found out when the radiator started leaking. Also the dieselpump changed in 2007. Beyond that, I have never had any problems with this car.
Yep,my Opel Astra G Di 16v automatic has 236.000kms and still going on!!! Every 10.000kms oil + filter change and go!!! BTW Bardahl 5w40 full syn is verry good oil!!!
I've read on the internet that Opel Ecotec diesel engines have air in the fuel lines and so it takes long to start. When you give a little bit of gas it would start quicker.
I'm just a rookie guy, but, someone could tell me, how can i reach the hidden menu? And, in the hidden menu could show me the average fuel consumption? thx guys!

I have a Opel Zafira 1.6 ie with 323.786 km yesterday. I changed only the radiator. The car have 13 years.

I changed the radiator because the liquid cooler went to overpressure and the valve to the base of the radiator was exploded. But I never change more.

im seen a galaxy cold start with 440,000 km and starts like new
So does Zafiras, search up Astra G it has 270k miles. Zafira A and Astra G are brothers

@ggeennttii0033 With my new battery sometimes it also takes long to start. I think it is a general problem with the ecotec diesel engines.
