This is a light multi scale though. You get some of the benefits of better tension and even timbre but none of the playability or string choice limitations of the full fan.

I with they made the same bass as short scale or medium scale and without fanned frets.. 🤗🤗

This is the only Fishman-equipped bass I've heard so far that I've liked. Other applications sound way too sterile, almost like MIDI Bass. Maybe it's the different 3 band EQ Ibanez is using?

It is a bit unusual for a multiscale bass to have only four strings.
