Thxs 4 video! I feel writing those reviews is a waste of time, because at the end of the day. The bosses already has set, if they give u a raise or not 🤔🤷🏽♀️ Thxs for sharing info btw.
You are right, there are cases when the boss has already made up their mind. Why write a fantastic self-review anyway? Best case - your boss gets the data they need to convince themselves and higher-ups that you deserve a raise. Worst case - you get data that this may not be the right company for you. Either way, it's a good moment to reflect, be proud of your accomplishments and leave a record of your great work :)
