Hello Polly and Cooper! Love classic Polly exercise! Grr Angry bear🐻 Cooper looks like he’s saying, “why are you angry growling at me mom?” Lol. Great workout! I really liked the tempo changes in the patterns. That was a great challenge!

Did this session again today. It was noticeable how Paula had improved from last time I guess due to the repetition. Many thanks and have a good weekend. Paula and Jon
Great session Polly. The forwards and backwards exercises were a real challenge. Also the head-leg-foot leg one. Paula found these difficult at first but she got better after a while. We will try them again on another day. Many thanks Paula and Jon

A fast moving session, with not so many breaks, great for elevating our heart rates 😁. Bill missed seeing Cooper...he was with you but wasn't on camera as often as usual.
Hi Polly and PfP! I'm back after 10 days of not exercising. I had a minor surgery. In my opinion there is no minor surgery when a stranger with a sharp knife diggs into my body and I have no idea of what he is doing. I prefer your exercises as my medicine. Oh well c'est la vie.

Enjoy the workouts, Polly. This was my second time doing this one, and the head, leg, foot is a good one...but I still need to practice it!
