Yes Polly, the exercises were a boost. I like that you repeating the exercise groups. Today I did again the standing exercises without holding or reducing the speed. It makes me happy. Thanks.
Another winner, Polly. Bill appreciated the pace which seemed challenging but doable. We discovered this channel about a year ago, and I recall how we struggled with the coordination exercises. Practice and doing a video a day have kept us active and moving and have helped Bill's symptoms. We're grateful.

Another very well-thought out session Polly and Cooper, thank you. I always feel great after working out with you and really enjoy all the different elements you bring to these classes. Found some of the exercise patterns challenging, particularly the leg exercises when standing, so I really need to work on these more, which will help with my balance also.
