Drop Rates:

- Pumpkins: 200/hour

Java works with 3 game tick speed and bedrock works on 1 game tick speed (default)
@@mrsarthak9953 so does that basically mean that drop rates are a lot slower on bedrock
@@calebsava not a lot but not same as java

@@abdullahishyper Horizontally, a billion times yes. Vertically? You’re gonna have to get creative cause this thing has like
A 6 block high footprint
If you want to stack these farms on top of each other, you have to put 3 layers of blocks on top of each farm so it can work correctly
why
MORE MELONZ@@jonathaniel-qi6jv
@@jonathaniel-qi6jv because activated redston disables hoppers
On bedrock you should just plan and place the top of the build first, that way you can avoid having to do that clever piston push trick. Just place the pistons from the rail level
or... you can push them with observers in place.
I just made this and I alternated cobblestone/pistons with the push trick so I could easily see which blocks needed broken, then went over it and broke all the cobblestone. Still annoying, but it worked!

Works great :)
BEDROCK PLAYERS, just build the roof section before you place the dirt over the rails for easy placement of the pistons .
Works perfectly on bedrock! Now I just need to breed a ton of farmers to trade with. The only thing I would suggest is to show how to make a storage system which utilizes more chests and hoppers
thank you alot for this! it works in java 1.19.2, and you’re one of the very few people who didn’t give me a headache making this! subscribed! very effecient for melons as i believe in 10-15? minutes it gave me almost 3 stacks of melons! not as effecient for pumkins but at least it has decent rates that I myself am okay with.
You are better to build a huge melon farm then the automatic one !Just use a netherite axe with eff 5 and you could mine 1000 of melons in 10 minutes
@@AnimanuiVasile this takes far less space and works without you having to do anything. Id choose this even though you get less melons/pumpkins.
I normally dont farm pumkin/melon but I've done just about everything else and i thought "I know Namiature got a good farm..." :-) in the past 4 years, you have not let me down with ideas!
Thank you so much for adding the extra tips for us bedrock edition players! Makes things much easier, especially when building in a survival world! Great design! 🎃 🍉

Thank you so much! Worked perfectly! I added a hopper with lever below the chest, that goes into a composter then to a hopper then to a chest. This way it can serve as a bonemeal farm too.

broooo i was so confused, all my farms weren't working, but i hadn't realized until now, but the warning at 4:21 is what i kept messing up!!
an easier way to put the pistons in place would be to place them there before you make the farmland. Then to plant and till the farmland you use a trapdoor to put yourself into crawl.
Nice farm!
I am currently designing an upgrade to the collection area to accommodate stacking the farm.
I am utilizing the 1.19 trick of breaking minecarts with lava to dispense all items picked up at once and then collecting the broken minecart in a hopper below the lava cauldron for later use.
The items dispensed gets sent away to a main item bubble elevator (which connects to all the other layer’s outputs). The stored minecarts are set up to dispense every 2 mins since i wanted to reduce the amount of time the minecarts were running.
It takes more resources and might not be the most efficient way but it works for me!
Do share a clip or screenshot on our discord
@@NaMiatureSure would be happy to! Not sure if that collection system would work on bedrock but once i am finished I will :)
4:23 he really mentioned it , so that we wont think dirty🤣

great tutoial - works fine for me (1.20.4 JAVA) - thanks a lot!!
you only have to add 1 observer to your "materials to build"-list
Glad it helps! Consider Subscribing :)
You only need 40, I think you put one above the jack-o-lantern which you don’t need to do, as it’s never going to detect any change there
Thanks so much, simple straight forward quickly explained looks good and works absolute 10/10

Great farm! Apparently I was one piston off according to the materials list and I brought 40, most likely a mistake on my side but it didn't really affect me much
you may need extra
Can I make the entire farm just one? [Like only a pumpkin farm]
Sure you can :)
Whenever the melons or pumpkins grow the piston doesn’t break them
7:01 helps to have a single trap door in the bottom row so you can access the farm to change it to full pumpkin/melon farm later
also recommend to have the farm be somewhere you don't spend too much time, because the pistons are noisy as all heck. the minecart unloading system can travel underground and unload close to your farmer villagers, saving you time (you're just trading emeralds i'm assuming)
I know this your comment is a couple months old but you'll actually ruin the efficiency of your farm by doing that, if you have the same crops together instead of in rows like in this farm your growth speed is cut in half so you're better off just making a second one or making it bigger
Is anyone else having problem's with the farm not growing as fast as in the video?
You can cut down on pistons if you use slime blocks.
So you can have 1 piston pushing 4 slime arms with a fence gate
04:20 bro knew I ain't pulling any in real life 💀💀
Love the vid I used pumpkins for emeralds money making machine!
Glad it helps! Consider Subscribing :)
The cost to build this is honestly quite immense. Would it not be better to instead use water in the corners to push into a hole in the center where it would be collected?
Is the button on the unloader functional? Or is it just for decoration
It's there so no mobs can spawn on the block :)
4:21 grab a hoe (in minecraft), bruh that caught me off guard i died laughing
Hey, I dont know if tis just me but minecarts are really slow so do i have to be in 1.19 to fix this?
Now my new problem is everything's working except I'm getting no melons , they're growing and I hear the observers but no melons are dropping
Did you place the blocks on the piston's?
I'm having the same problem. I followed the tutorial perfectly, the melons/pumpkins are growing, but none of them are being collected
4:20 love it :D
Built 2 right beside eachother and color coded them lime and orange wool for pumpkin and melon, thanx

good vid straight to it explaining build and benefits though maybe for future more complex farms id recommend making a seperate vid which goes more indepth
edit: or make use of the time stamps to add instead of seperate vid
Like brothers my brother just it on a server well now I will be using it on my super flat
Can you do this with just melons or just pumpkins?
yeah it doesn't matter, I only used pumpkins because I don't have melons jet. It works perfectly fine
There's a weird issue Im having that the hopper minecart keeps not really emptying into the chest, is there a way to fix this>
A month late so perhaps this isn't useful anymore; the fix for this is to make sure the minecart unloader is going directly into a chest; a hopper line unloads the item from rhe first hopper before the comparator can really register the item to unpower the rail.
You can do hopper into chest, with hopper line running from under the chest, if you want the items to travel more. But that chest is neccessary to slow the item transfer.
This is the best Damien priest by far
What’s the button button for
can I replace the glow stones with torches?
Works great and it's easy to build! I would recommend building this.

For me the minecart is getting blocked by the solid block above the drop, is there any fix to it?
never mind, i did it wrong LOL
Same thing happened to me what exactly have I done wrong lol
My observers and pistones are facing the right way , i have all the redstone on the pbservers and blocks over my pistons but its not detecting anything
Edit: they actually are working but i tried to test it by placing a melon under a piston and it wouldnt work, but when a melon grew it got collected
im having the same issue, have you worked it out yet?
@@krumeluren4762 i just stopped manually placing melons/pumpkins and then it worked after some time. Sometimes it goes off as soon as it grows, other times 2 or 3 will pop up before the pistons go off.

2 questions: Do you think you can expand the farm? And do you think it’s possible to layer the farm or no?
Anything is possible :)
Are you able to expand the farm? Like add more seeds and pistons and add more rails
I can confirm that it’s working fine on Bedrock 1.19 👍🏻 thx 🙏

Is glowstone a required material or will other alternative light sources like lanterns and torches work as well?
you can use jack-o lanterns, which you should have access to since you have pumpkin seeds anyway
Do you have to use glowstone instead of torches
Is there a way to turn it off easily? without just removing the redstone?
I’ve built two different version of this type of base an nothing wants to work.. let’s hope this one does. I’m assuming it’s because I didn’t piston push the other pistons.. I love bedrock :)❤️
ill be here with you till you get back on top
For the collection system if you extend it one hoper back it works better

Can I do like one for melons and one for pumpkins
Sure
Farm works but minecart dosen't dock for long enough to unload all of the stuff its collected, how should I fix that?
Make sure the redstone is done correctly
did this on bedrock 1.20.1 and worked nicely
for the pistons i just skipped the dirt placing so i could place the pistons
then placed dirt and dug out through side
used the hoe from above to til and plant.
thx for the build

do i need to plant pumpkins or can i do it with 100% melons?

built 4 although it takes a decent time getting the mats it’s worth it if you have decent trades on villagers
Is it just me or does this farm use only 24 redstone torches, not 25?

Can you tell me how to build another layer of pumpkin farm on top of it? Like stacking farms btw osm tutorial i finally started playing mc with my friends so i gonna see for tutorials perhaps could you make a simple stacking iron farm?

"Now grab a hoe(in minecraft)"
dang, I thought I finally had permission to grab an actual hoe.
It doesn't make much sense, to make the hole at the beginning 10x10 instead of 9x9, but other than that, this is a great design. I love it!
The rail system won't loop in a 9*9 so we had to make it 10*10 :)
@@NaMiature Yes, it would and it does. I built it. Instead of a loop, the minecrat bumed into a wall with a powered redstone rail and then it works✌🏻
Hey, it's seems that the minecart is just too quick to unload even a little bit of the loot, that it collected, is it normal? Any fix?
I have the same problem
You can put a slanted powered minecart on the unload hopper with a comparator to only "release" the hopper cart when it's empty. It takes a lot of room and redstone, though.
instead of rail going up to hopper and comparator why not go down , looks kinda weird sticking out XD
You need 41 observers btw currently built all of it and have no quartz missing one observer let’s go
I have a problem the hopper Minecraft is always full so I lose many pumpkins how can I make them drop the pumpkins faster?
Does it work with the same efficiency underground as it would in sunlight during day by using just the amount of glowstone in the description??
Yup, but I have heard that there could be a max of only 1 block above the plants for them to grow. Not sure tho
Great video, easy to follow along! Any idea why my cart stops though? I put powered rails in all the locations you said so
Make sure all the powered rails are powered, if they are and it still doesnt work then add a powered rail where the cart stops usually
will it work if i build it pumpkin only?
Sure
