I adore thom yorke, for each and every- all his songs cone straight from a heart of a rare beauty that is found on few hearts
A good conscience, a whole heart, a passionate temper, a gorgeous voice, a brilliant way of being unfearful to face audience- the music etc etc he touches the planet with keep me inspired on cold sub freezing nights, like this one.

man I miss colin. He was such an inspiration to be as a bassit. I guess every great musician kinda takes a turn for the worse towards the end, this time being thom. This stuff still is amazing and ill continue to listen, but all im saying is I feel like crying over the bassis substitution. I miss you colin. Flea, you can only fake knowing music for so long

They've been recording stuff last year too hence where 'These Are My Twisted Words' came from (for example).

True, they had some recording sessions earlier, but those were aimed at getting TAMTW, harry patch, and some other singles on tape. I get the impression that the stuff they've been doing recently is geared towards a new project (hopefully a full LP/multiple EPs).
@LegendofZeldaHalo I wouldn't count it out. He played Lotus Flower while on tour with Atoms for Peace.
I was really hoping this were on the new album. Here's hoping it makes it to part 2 (if there is such a thing)

I can't wait for the new Radiohead album! I heard it's done already. Radiohead will always go down in history as one of the only bands that get better with time. Most bands fall apart after the first 4 albums. Radioheads BEST work came in their 7th (in my opinion of course) but I'll always love every album. Pablo Honey was just a pop record then The Bends was kinda the same. But Ok Computer changed music and don't get me started on Kid A GENIUS! Amnesiac=ok,Hail to the Theif=ok,In Rainbows=WOW!!

Just because they threw a party in LA, donesn't mean that the album is complete. If it was already done, we would have already heard about it.
They've been in the studio for only ~2 months total; they've been averaging almost 5 months of total studio work on their albums. We won't have the new LP/album till late this year.

I tried counting on Monday night when they played it, and it seemed like the whole thing was in 7/4... it was definitely weird though, haha
Yes still though you're assuming they only recorded stuff for those two songs... There were photo's of recording with an orchestra in a church and Jonny inferred there was stuff in various states of completion of which TAMTW was one of the first finished. They have other stuff which may/may not make it as part of the finished record. That's all. ;)
probably my favourite of the new stuff, aside from the band arrangement of "Feeling Pulled Apart By Horses".
thom even said the only reason he wants flea is so flea can play some of the more fast intricate shit hes writing now. but you guys know as long as this project goes on thom is going to have to babysit flea

Don't under-estimate Flea.
He can really play whatever style, and he's incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to theory, and the sort.

@maddhattertime Considering the song is by Atoms for Peace, and not Radiohead, I highly doubt it would be on the 2nd part of the Radiohead album (if there is one).

There's nothing wrong with someone saying which of Radiohead's styles they prefer. Personally, I hope their next album is like In Rainbows but more experimental like Kid A.
