Same - I own a few FN pistol and aside from things I’ve done (apex striker, comp, etc.) I’ve never had a single malfunction in its stock configuration and thats almost 5000 rounds between my 509T & FNX 45T I’m gonna get the SCAR for Xmas and a 5.56 bc when you need a bang on a trigger pull you can count on FN

Amazing rifle! Snagged a used one (308 in FDE) on GB for 2600 beans. Most expensive rifle I've bought. Don't have any money left over for an optic (I'll get either a Elcan or Razor Gen3 later), so I'll be stuck with ironsights for awhile lol.
The SCAR is notorious for destroying optics after extended use, so go ahead and start looking for a more durable optic, like an ACOG. Cons: FN is a terrible company that uses their name to sell less than polished firearms to people who don't know any better. Don't believe me? Look up the cancels FNS line. Look at all the issues that the SCAR-20 has had. You can't put out garbage and charge premium prices. - Its not as reliable as its led to believe. Ask me how I know - The weight. Not that its terribly heavy, but they are ridiculously unbalanced - The recoil is more than a comparable AR-10, and its not at smooth - The proprietary parts. Not something you want in a "fighting" rifle. The only reason this gun is "cool" is because of video games, lets keep it a buck. SOCOM was forced to use it after they had already spent an ungodly amount of money on it, and they still didn't use it in large numbers. It will break, and when it does don't count on FN to help you out. My unit, and myself have been burned by FN multiple times. And Canik to Glock? What on earth... at least try CZ, Walther PDP, or any 2011 before committing to one company, which is the worst mistake a gun guy can make. New subscriber bro, looking forward to more content!

Hell Yeah that was a great deal if you consider the price of the LPVO , extra mags and ammo plus it was not fired.
