My Friend in Az did say Canik customer service was horrible. When he was trying to correct an issue his canik. He told me they were rude. He took a loss when sold it and said he was okay with it. But you is absolutely correct about the Glock 19!!

only thing that canik is lacking that glock has is the beaver tail. on canik you cannot get your hand high into the gun. with glocks grip you can really get that high tight grip which equals better recoil control.
