In this video I utilize my Proffie 2.2/Neopixel Direct Input saber, meaning the audio from my saber's board and micro-SD card are input directly into this video. There is no speaker on the saber, nor is there a microphone used in this video. This was a custom saber made specifically for this purpose. It is running Proffie OS6.7 and its current feature set.
The blade styles used for these are from Fett263's Proffie OS6 Blade Style Library. Hyper Responsive Rotoscope (Original Trilogy).

I just don’t like how Kenobi’s and Vader’s ignition sounds are the same. They made Kenobi’s sound like a Sith saber.

It’s a Proffie saber. Proffie, CFX, GHv3, etc. can do voice lines in the form of either quotes or force effects, as long as they’re named correctly and in the right place. The manual for each soundboard explains further.

How do you do the clash into lockup effect? When I try to do it with mine there’s a break in effects.
It’s based on what prop file you’re using for Proffie. I use Fett263’s.
If you haven’t changed anything and it’s a straight Proffie, when you make the hit/contact press the aux at same time for lockup
Are the quotes tied in with the force effects or do you have to add them to the sound font

These are in the extras file in the bundle, depends what board but can set them for pre on/off’s, force fx, etc but pretty sure w Proffie can set it to random quotes w aux while saber is on. Haven’t played with my Proffie hilt as much as cfx hilt yet

Hey, what are you doing to cycle through voice lines/quotes on the fonts?
Think this is on his Proffie hilt and is setup differently than say cfx with the pre on/offs

Why do you think Vader's ignition is different from his regular ignition sound?
Disney’s sound team (Skywalker Sound) has tended to recycle a lot of sounds ever since the prequels, Clone Wars, and a few games, but for some reason, the sequels and a few little sounds here and there (Vader’s ignition) are slightly different.
@@LandoSabers I kinda like that deep bassy chop on this one!! Even obi’s has just a bit of it!!! The only thing I can think of that no one has caught with the fonts is(think ep 6, possibly 5 too, have to watch it again) obi’s saber had this slight growl/sizzle or crackle on two clips!! One was on the rock planet first part when he lunged at Vader, Vader side stepped and blocked, then cut scene. I gotta find it!! Wanna send it to Jesse for a possible update but otherwise this bundle is spot on!!
@@LandoSabers Had to double take the first time I heard it. Kinda weird to use a different sonud if they already have the rights to use the correct sound.
