Millhaven Thumbnail Entry || Speedpaint (CW in desc)

I do not realize how much I flip the canvas until I make a speedpaint. Apologies for that, this one was sped up a lot so it's more jarring that usual.
I really wanted to make a thumbnail for this map! I love the designs, the color palette, the parts so far, and I think the song matches Mapleshade perfectly! Admittedly, I probably went a bit too far in the creep factor with this one for a thumbnail, but I had this idea when I saw the map and wanted to do it regardless. It was a ton of fun, especially the lighting, which I was inspired by Amelia Bothe's part for ( • Millhaven mapleshade P... )! I ended up using cats that Mapleshade didn't kill, but who also died in the MAP (and Crookedpaw) in the pile just to make it look bigger.
Also, I'm aware I spelled Mapleshade wrong in the image in the video. I've fixed it for the piece I'm submitting.

I love how you can tell that crookedpaw is still alive, really adds to the fear when there’s one alive cat in the pile of corpses.

You hardly ever see straight up creepy stuff in warriors, but as far as that goes you stole the show with this piece. It's bad enough having Mapleshade with all those she killed, those she didn't and one who's still alive, but adding on top of that by having all their dead bodies piled on top of one another with her literally walking over them really sealed the horror factor here. On one hand I'm mortified, but on the other I'm fascinated by it so fantastic work!!

The fact the kits are in the pile really adds to the fact it is mapleshade's fault her kits died. It makes her so much more eerier!

I definitely prefer the Polish version, the English one just doesn't fit right.

The cat pile from left to right is, I believe, Birchface, Frecklewish, Appledusk, Larchkit, Patchkit, Petalkit, Ravenwing, Crookedpaw, Flowerpaw, and..... Perchpaw? This is amazing.
The atmosphere in this is just so chilling and disturbing, I love dark-themed MAPs and your thumbnail entry captured everything perfectly! The lighting is beautiful as well, awesome job!

Wh-why does Mapleshade look so freakishly real and 3d...I'm genuinely scared now, but good art is still good art!
With all the flipping of the canvas I can't help but think it looks like Mapleshade is dancing-
I really love how this turned out oh my God! It gives off this creepy mesmerizing vibe which is great, it was an amazing idea to "pile up" all those cats behind Mapleshade

Tbh google says warriors is +13, and let's say Google put wrong information(that warriors is actually 13 and younger), some kids might still enjoy warriors, besides (I might be wrong on this one) it will be their parents fault for not looking deep enough or at least see if warriors is safe for their kid to read.

Oh yeah, one more thing I loved the lighting complete with the dark and might i admit also creepy to terrifying atmosphere!

one little detail I love is Mapleshade being over Patchkit like she's protecting him, cause she promised him she'd always protect him
Just some characters I see in the thumbnail: main cat is MapleShade | alive cat is CrookedPaw | Dead black cat is RavenWing | Cat that has foam In mouth is FreckleWish | The normally dead cat closest to maple is AppleDusk | The KIT who is also a black cat is LarchKit | The light colored kit is PetalKit | and the kit under Maple is PatchKit | Hope this helped even though it’s sorta obvious! I also don’t know who the rest are the cats are, sadly but oh well!
