Love to Pat Finnerty for introducing me to this incredible band
Me to man, he turned me on to them and my life has never been the same
Cheryl, I hope we have you many many years more on our sides. Big love to our favorite host ❤️
CHERYL IS THE SHIT 😍😭🙏
That drummer is so tasteful and tight, and his chops are impeccable!
Agreed! This whole performance is amazing, but the drummer really blew me away,
drummer kills! show some love
Yes ! Such a great pocket. All their other layers work beautifully, thanks to his time feel.
This version of over here, over there is INCREDIBLE
absolutely killer
We need a Dr. Dog Country album.
It's like this band just understand every chamber of my brain and they create the best feels for each one of them. And sometimes they create new ones for me with emotions I didn't know I had.

One of my favorites KEXP, hope to see you guys in Argentina someday!
Thank you Dr. Dog for the medicine and KEXP for the subscription
What a great set!
Dr. Dog live is one of the best bang for your bucks
Favorite host for my favorite RUclips channel on one of the radio stations who are pushing exceptional music. I come here many times a week to see many of my favorite musicians play and to find new music
I've had some of my favorite times at Dr. Dog shows, they never disappoint. Thanks KEXP!
They start their last tour together next month. Get out and see them while you still can.
@@bryandaves1005 Seeing them in a couple weeks in VA. Can't wait. One of my all time favorite bands!
Eric slick is the type of drummer to make you want to play drums too
Love his flow just beautiful fills!
yes!
LONG LIVE DR. DOG. The touring band is coming to the end of touring this week. I have tickets to 3 of the last 5 shows in Philly. Nothing but love for my favorite live band of all time.
Such great music...much love from India..😍😍
So glad I saw this on their last tour!
I've loved Dr. Dog for some years!
Thanks, KEXP for organizing a legit live show of the talented people!
I love a lap steel.......it always makes whatever it's played in, just a little bit better
who is the the fellow playing that BTW? I saw them a week or so after this was recorded in KC live, and he played Toby's bass guitar upside down and left handed when Toby just sang. multi instrumentalist. very talented.
@@farneybuster I don't know, I'm not super familiar with this band.
@@farneybuster Michael Libramento, from around Asheville, NC. Plays with Floating Action sometimes
They were so good during this last tour! I caught them in LA two weeks before everything shut down. Can’t wait for them to be able to hit the road again!
They start their last tour together next month. Get out and see them while you still can. They’re playing 40 or so dates starting 8/20/21 at Lockn festival in VA and ending with a four night New Years run in Philly. I’ve enjoyed their music for quite a while, but have yet to see them. I will definitely at least catch their Denver show. Glad to see them going out with a bang. I’m guessing that they change their set list up every night? I wuld think so with them playing 4 night in a row at the same venue
@@bryandaves1005 I’m seeing both shows in NYC, the one in Boston, and was fortunate enough to get a ticket to the NYE show in philly during the presale! I’m so excited. You’re in for such a treat. They generally change up their set list a bit every night. Especially if they’re doing multiple shows in one city.
the drummer eric slick is dropping an album!!
mikey mcdonald on his shirt tooooo
Just love them boys so much. Still just steadily rolling out gems. Thanks KEXP!
Thank you to all involved for this gift! ❤️
always a treat
the little boy taking a video of them on his phone, so sweet
Whoa, that honky-tonk version of Over Here rules! Sweet lap steel and everything!
These guys are so damn good.
The drummer is really fucking good!
Dr. Dog is our Beatles....but frim Philly!!!!
damn i love this lad
i like this version of over here, over there.
I'm glad I caught em earlier this year in Chicago. One of my favorite bands. Great set 👍🏽
I love Cheryl! She is an amazing host. I can't wait to play an album for her.
Going to see them tonight at their last Minneapolis stop, on their last tour. Feeling really bittersweet about it all. I think this will be my fifth time seeing them live and its a real bummer to think it may be the last.
Buzzing in the light 💫
Freakin’ Amazing. The groove on the last song! It has me dancing in bed @ 1am on a Tuesday
love the shot of the dude taking photos
Yes boys!!!!!! Your a long way from the swamp lol......when really.....were never out of the woods! Lol Stay Colorful boys!! 🇨🇦
I’m new to dr dog. This set starts out like What is this shit. Ends like damn this band is good I want to hear more
We love you, Cheryl!!
Damn, do I LOVE Dr. Dog ❤️
Here in 3mins, feels good.
the little kid up front with the ear cover on filming on cell phone appears to be the only one in "official dr dog colors" plaid is the official color for a d-dog show.
Am I the only one who click because I thought that was Mark Oliver Everett from the Eels?
Great band name.
the boys are totes blazed in this. but sounding great! :P
Mean it’s in Seattle, what else do you expect
Me: Dr, I’ve been throwing up a lot!
Dr. Dog: Sounds delicious! Eat it!
Got my north Hampton and VT tickets praying I get tickets for the 12/31 date 🤞🏼🙏🏼

I miss skipping school for these
hahaha exactly
Would you skip school to meet Toby Leaman?
Because I know him in real life
@@cosmeticdreameater5468 I can do you one better. KEXP was school 😎😎
Obelix is pretty good on the drums
Wow I clicked so fast.
Jordan Peele rocking on the lap steel
Quirky little set ;D i like it!
ohhh!!!
Oh shit I saw them that night!! How cool
That’s awesome, I think I might get Toby to play me some music one day, maybe when his daughter plays with my little brother and him and my dad are talkin. It’s so weird seeing Toby up on stage and everything haha
New fan here! They remind me of Local Natives.
Yes
Yes
Yes
Who would do anything to meet these peeps?
Hi Holly!
Hi guys
🍀
Hi
Hi Connan
boi does jontron plays well those drums
I remembered pink floyd for a moment ...
And a big dollop of Steely Dan
SANKİ 'BEATLES' TADI ALIYORUM !
When did Four Year Strong's Dan O'Connor, The Wonder Years Dan Campbell and Dance Gavin Dance's Will Swan formed a band? They sound amazing
Who’s the new guy?
36 personas están mal en este mundo.
What hope do we have when the next generation of toddlers have earmuffs on filming concerts with their Iphones.
Hmm, kuntrie.
“Wear a damn mask!”

liberals destroyed with facts and logic
Kexp can never seem to get the recording correct for dr.dog, and i hate to say that.
When you have no political ploy
I will be your friend
Because I don't like political people
The political cause is a lie!
Hope you respect my democratic rights
funny how those parts with the synth sound so forced becuase its all just advertisment for ROLAND lol
They gotta eat 😅
didnt know Charlie Day played bass
Somebody teach this kid how to experience a concert, instead of recording it
somebody should teach you to let other experience things how they want to, boomer.
@@evann3324 Not when they're stood in front of me blocking my view with their fucking phone
Hayley Longster the kid he’s talking about in this video is probably 7? Not blocking anyone’s view. It must be exhausting to be so angry over something so trivial.
How’re there still these RUclips arguments during these times?
Such lowly speeches are not appropriate in the world of your knowledge
I think you are suitable to befriend corrupt people
yawn -
This is sad to watch concert footage. If people can get politics out of their ass and ditch the masks we can bring concerts back. For fucks sake please God let us get back to having real concerts again.
