- In this episode of Daniel Drives, it’s day 3 of the European road trip. Daniel and Jacob visit the Michael Schumacher Museum in Cologne before returning to the Nürburgring to complete a lap of a lifetime around the famous Nordschleife circuit in the little Panda 100HP.

This was excellent. I loved the action but also the narrative. Your driving partner is perfect for this. He's quiet, smiles a lot and seems excited about this trip. I love it.

I recently bought a Panda and it's hopefully one of my last cars I'll ever own. I've gone through the whole cycle of spending 10s of thousands on vehicles, but I've never been happier with a car that costs less than most electric bikes and it's perfect for me in the Netherlands. Of course, if I lived in another country, maybe not the best car. But I love it.
That looked like a hoot! Panda looked & sounded great - maybe one day I'll do something similar, preferably in a MK1 Mx5 but might have to settle for a 1.0 Toyota Aygo or something! 😂

Do you have to have a separate car insurance to go on the Nurburgring?
You don't have to (I didn't) but worth noting that you will then not be insured at all when going round, so a big risk!
To be young again and the biggest worry of your live is having spots…
