they look cute together. i wish them well.
I love the house! You know that they have put their own personality in every single details.
Sintered stone single piece backsplash, microcement flooring, limewash walls.....all that for 70,000+ is pretty impressive tbh.
Thank you! :)
PERFECT 💯
Great job 🎉😊
People always say if you were to spend $70 - $100K just for renovating a 4 room, MIGHT AS WELL use that to buy a bigger 5 room HDB instead with minimal renovation
Totally agree with u
Not as simple as that.
For the quality of finish this is affordable, at least by Australian standards.
Nice project. It'll be nice if you could include a floor plan and the total square footage as well
quick question: is microcement flooring kid-friendly? would it be slippery etc?
what color limewash did they use?
What's the price of the microcement compared to tiling?
The TV won't work in the long run as it limit the size of TV you could bring, and this is not even talking about how TV size is increasingly longer.
Hi may i ask if the company is HDB registered?
$100k😮
is the microcement flooring done by SG Interior or 3rd party contractor/specialist?
It's done by Cimentart.sg
Should stick to 70k
Was there any hacking included for this flat?
Yes, the first bedroom wall and the service yard wall.
Common toilet after shower toilet bowl all wet its a mess
The construction and workmanship is really great, especially the millwork and lime stone. The design is too. Unfortunately the home owners clutter with decor stuff distracted away from the great bones the interior designer created. It’s a personal preference.
You must have a lot of fun staring at blank walls and empty shelves
It's sad that bomb shelter has to be an amenity, quite perverted world we live in. Who knows maybe we'll all have one one day. Also I noticed that in RUclips most Singapore apartments have very similar or identical layouts similarly to soviet era commie blocks.
Will bomb shelter shield you from radiation. That’s the question
we take it from Israel.. they use Bomb Shelters also and since we are considered the Israel of the East we have them also nowadays
hottest electrician @1:04 lol
1:01 that is clearly a model and not a worker. This guy has no idea how to hold a drill and is drilling at an angle making an enlarged oblong messy hole. That is a ridiculous thing to throw in to the video.
