Thanks for the very interesting tour of the new overpass and surrounding construction activities. The drive through the market was very telling. Maybe that area should be closed to traffic on assigned days? Hats off to you sir for braving all that traffic.
I love the sounds of the market (lol). I took a bus ride years ago by myself to get there. I felt brave but it was perfectly OK. People, don't be fraidy, fraidy to take a chance on doing things. Maintain a low profile, dress down and don't chat and betray your foreign accent (lol). All was well..........
Thanks for another great insight, but Heywood Street is madness; it appears to be more Sellers than Buyers. Something needs to be done about that ASAP....people needs a marketplace to buy and sell (not on the street). On a lighter note, food nuff and cheap lol.... $40 for a pound of cabbage... Nice 😀😀
This looks like some forgotten city in some parts of Africa! Everything is jumbled up and congested. We can do better as a society people. It all look so chaotic and every man for himself. It doesn’t cost a penny to be clean if people would only do the right thing. Politicians have failed us miserably, why is it so difficult to enforce the laws of the country? All vending must be done in organized approved zones only. Being poor is no excuse for being filthy and nasty. It is amazing how long it took you to get from point A to point B! Lost productivity time are just words in Jamaica I guess. Absolutely shameful..
@JAMAICA NICE I tried but unfortunately it will take more than my little phone call to do something about this. Just look at the condition of the streets and sidewalks, absolutely no way for pedestrians to walk and go about their business unimpeded. The failure lies with central and local governments! Most countries have markets that are run in a dignified and orderly manner, why can't we have the same. Most markets throughout Jamaica tend to look exactly like this, so sad and pathetic..
Africa is NOT a country. It is a CONTINENT with over fifty countries. It has a very diverse culture. It is not homogenous. All its countries are not the same. Try and learn something about geography, before you go and run off your mouth.
Juniorh only an idiot or simple minded person like yourself would think Africa is a country! Out of all the urgent and important issues that I brought up you decided to major in semantics!
@@karlhenry9031 'Semantics'! That is EXACTLY the point. People like you and your ilk have no importance for Africa, So, for you, it's 'semantics'. Instead of calling them by their individual names, (as I said ALL the countries therein are NOT of the same culture), you just go the easy way out - as many do - and just lump them all together, by saying 'Africa'. Why? Because, you can't be bothered to differentiate who, is who. "Who cares"! I can easily say that if that situation arises about the USA, YOU would have singled out the individual states BY NAME!!! And that is just a country, not a continent! But, you see, people like you know more about the states within that country, than the individual countries of the African Continent, because of the contrasting level of importance they are to you. 'Simple minded', indeed. I guess you are trying to make yourself look smart. Please! By the way, what do you mean be this statement, "Juniorh only an idiot or simple minded person like yourself would think Africa is a country". When did I ever say that Africa was a country? Comprehension is something that you clearly seem to lack!
Love it can't stop watching keep up the good work 💖
I have not been back in such a long time. I see Jamaica with my eyes more open now.

You have to have a lot of patience to drive in that chaos. Hats off to you driver for keeping your cool in that madness.
