- This week we had a customer's tree in for restyling. Corin completely transforms the appearance of this tree using bonsai engineering.
The tree is trimmed & thinned out before wiring, the branches are pulled to place using guy wires. Some light carving on a few stubs and deadwood completes the process. Once styled, the tree is removed from the old pot and roots combed & trimmed.
Corin then displays the tree in a variety of pots and explains the process of selecting the pot.

I was fortunate to get a signed copy of a book off your dad and is always a door reference point
Do you plan on doing any tutorials on privet trees or stumps
I have acquired a couple and am not sure I do struggle with design and a bit scared to attempt designing the them and making mistakes and throwing the lot in the bin
Any advice please
