Afl footy show hit its peak in 1999 - then things started to slowly fall apart with on air controversies. Since 2010s, afl footy show went from bad to worse with Political correctness. Political correctness has already killed the footy show. When Bec Maddern joined the show, she did terrible damage (I still couldn’t believe why Channel 9 pick that lady as host- she offered nothing but hot air). And Craig Hutchison being the host was the final nail in the coffin. Craig Hutchison was terrible and showed zero credibility. Craig Hutchison has destroyed the show. Dave Hughes was bad on channel 9 and his career went downhill.
