James you are such a wonderful person. You have to watch out for your business and thats foremost. Writing off her dept was the kindest and most generous thing I've seen in a long time. God bless you.
It was accidental when I saw this video and it made me cry at the end. Goodluck to the team of Prestige Pawnbrokers, you did a great act of kindness. 👍
Yes! "Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again (Luke 6:38, KJV)."
Its not always about the money. Sometimes we see what we do to help others can affect them in a way nothing else can. Writing off an amount so small is nothing to this company but means everything to the woman.
people trust Prestige pawn, with their family heirlooms etc but will they dare to do the same with Pawn stars (Harrisons) or hardcore Pawn (Golds)....I bet never!!!
I'm a bit gobsmacked the guy pawned the stones for a restaurant. There is no point doing the same thing ever day and waiting for a different outcome. Off season he needs to change things around.
It was one of the first things that I thought. Why, in god’s name, does James have that antique of a mobile phone while he is running a fast paced, dynamic business, which requires constant contact with employees and clients? Come on dude, get with the times.
Looks like he made the money back as the book is still stocked in book stores and it was published in 2013, as for giving the jewlery back maybe he realized how bad what he said looked on camera and how good it would look if he gave them back
Denying that the woman be buried in her sentimental collection of jewellery for a mere three hundred quid would have been a huge karmic load! Hopefully she recovered and the happiness might have helped a tiny bit. Good choice man!
Thats one thing, but - 6:35 - for his niece to actually say that she doesn't believe that some of her "nan's" gold is real shows an acute sense of kindness towards her "nan" and what she thinks of her ! You can dress up a spoiled little girl and her family to look very nice, but you can't hide her lack of upbringing and education. The employee who said he's either very dapper or he got dressed in the dark ... LOL. Spot on. You can dresse up; but you can't buy taste.
If I watched it I would but I sure wouldn't let him come to my house I can remember God I was 25 and I'm at this guy that had some hot minks beautiful minx I bought one for $300 let him come to my apartment I was a dancer little did I know that the the word theft thief didn't really register I just knew that the meat was hot which was illegal but I bought it anyway about a week later he come in and broke in my apartment so that mean coat back and stole all my fox my first my other first my leather my sweat money that I have coats I had paid for out of my pocket well I deserve that one a lesson well learned you do not let a burglar come to your home or a thief I was so mad but then again I had to laugh at it because I done it to myself no one to blame but me

Beautiful and very beautiful show. I wish you health, peace, success and progress in your wonderful work. Greetings to all .
Step daughter Natasha is someone else
It's a good welling inded! A good humanitarian
11:50 - Surprising how the Number 71 on the motorbike changed to a 5 so no one knows what team he's funding/talking about.
Ean needs his own show.

way to go James

He was quite successful according to his daughter - yeah - 10 years in prison - outstanding success!!!🙂
good man on the jewelry

Thinking.....
What if people buy jewlery that after buying they get confronted of that it is stolen goods ?
Would they get their money back ?
You are a women's man James good on you for helping that brawd best go ficks her back fence hay lol
Dang. Natasha is a dime.
Ian is divine.
30:30 this guy eyes are just wild.. hope he isnt spending all the $ on that nose candy
Pawn shop equals always getting fair deal on camera, and ripped off off camera
Considering how 95% of the items in British museums are stolen from other lands, I don't see why this would be a problem.
How old is this show?
We cannot assume any of the pawned pieces have been stolen. Hopefully, the owner has receipts from his purchases.

Discussed they buy stolen stuff just as bad as the stealing them selfs
You obviously don't have much experience in resale.
❤❤❤👍👍👍

Wonder if any victims recognise any of the gear?
ello ello ello whats this then ?
Um I probably would if I had the money and knew it was was real. But Jesus might say no then I couldn’t
My uncle
Can you spell jewelry??
Jewellery is the British spelling of Jewelry. Looks weird in my opinion. I prefer Jewelry.
juuleri
Jewlwee.
So set up and faked
