Mr. Dave is a gentlemen and has answered all questions hurled at him by Mr. thapar. You have made a very valid point that for politicians SC opens its gates at midnight while for these poor farmers it can afford to go on vacation. Every body is made to believe that a murder accused is absconding and entire state is not able to do anything. State home minister, if can not keep track of his own son, what to expect of him for the rest of the citizens.

The wire, Mr. Karan Thapar you have discussed the great burning issue of Lakhimapur Khiri killing of farmers with Mr. Dave. You are right in your question that if justice is delayed it means justice is denied and in the light of emergency of the case it should be heard on day today basis. But I agree with Mr. Dave that as a CJI Hon'ble Ramanna has done a remarkable job in the present Lakhimpur Khiri case as well as in the other past cases comparing to their predecessors. Thank you Mr. Thapar for taking the current burning issue for logical discussion and also thanks to Mr. Dave.

When the judiciary was under biggest attack since emergency and many judges feared , Justice Ramanna led from the front and has restored people s faith in the judiciary so that other judge can be motivated to ensure justice.
