Let's Play Hardcore Minecraft 1.20.4 Episode 6! Today we continue a brand new Minecraft adventure and if we die, then it's all over! In this episode we build a massive barn for the cows and sheep while also building a trading hall for the farmers! I used Complementary Reimagined Unbound Shaders when recording this episode. I also use the resource pack called Fancy 2.0 GUI Overhaul. I hope that all of these videos can help people out there sleep, relax, and/or study. Thank you so much for watching!

For those of us who aren't really a part of stream culture (they sometimes feel like like you're at a house party and don't know anyone there), these videos really make our day since they feel a little more personal. It's just funny because with each new update in this serious there are massive progress jumps and i'll be like: "omg wait, when did he build all that?!" Hahahah

Awesome video as always! 🩷My friend got a big promotion at MacDonalds’s farm - now he’s the CIEIO. What do farmers use to make crop circles? A pro tractor! The internet connection at the farm was really bad so the farmer moved the modem next to the horses. Now he has *stable* WiFi 😂

I drained an ocean monument once on a server. It took me months and was before 1.18 and all the good updates, probably even before 1.16. Got someone to help me make the guardian farm and I opened a shop. Then the server shut down a few weeks to a month later. All that work for nothing and no one used the shop. Totally demotivated me to draining it again. Nowadays if you use Ian's guardian farm design you don't even need to drain it unless you want to turn it into a build of course. Gosh the floor of the basement is stunning!! I love the barn and winmill!!!

So naming that white cat Rascal actually brought a tear to my eye - my Great Grandfather had a cat before he died named Rascal and that cat was his baby before he passed and when my Great Grandfather Passed Rascal who was a barn cat that kinda just chilled with him in the house ended up basically walking into the woods and just didn't come back after Grandpa died - seeing that cat reminds me of how much that cat gave my Great Grandpa so much Quality of life in his final days ❤️
Sorry for your loss, I also hope that the cat is just living a peaceful life in the wild

i just realized what your building style makes me think of;
growing up, we all had a friend, or were the friend who would build super colorful, gaudy bases out of glowstone, diamond and obsidian thinking they were super cool. these builds are in the same vein as those, but highly evolved with skill and passion.
You and Vsauce are the only youtubers that I have never seen someone hate on

Thanks for the video, I can see you put a lot of work in your world. I did notice there were a few times in the video where you would repeat yourself, I don't know if it was meant to be a joke, but it did kind of break the flow of the video just a bit. If you aren't the one who edits your videos you may have angered your editor. Apart from that great video, I'm looking forward to more live streams and the next project for your hardcore world.

i put jungle wood with copper stairs for my barn roof and it looked so nice especially when the copper is slightly oxidized it adds nice texture!

You should get the orthocamera mod. Gives you a way zoomed out third person and has utility as well. Would be awesome to see your builds from way out

I’m not a big red stone user so I don’t really know how it works but maybe you could use the new crafting table in the iron farm so you turn the iron ingots into blocks so it doesn’t take up much space?

Your world is starting to look amazing. I don't know if you did it on purpose but when you look at the barn from the stairs (like at 1:12:54), it looks like a buffalo !!!
When you do drain the Ocean Monument, could you try to keep the ice/frozen theme. I think the Ice Spikes adds a lot of detail.

Hey wax, I just heard about this tip. instead of keeping villages in caged in your buildings you can use honey blocks and put villegers on top of them and they wont move any where.
Your videos are extremely relaxing
You could make the iron farm automatically filter out all the poppies and turn them into bonemeal, that might become useful in the future for large farms, decoration or a tree farm
I really like your style of building, please keep doing what you do as long as it makes you happy!
