Jahad is... way more than just immortal haha. Sadly, we're not gonna meet him anytime soon but when we do, this anime will be FIRE. Honestly, I can't wait for what is coming. Tower of God is as big as One Piece and needs a lot of seasons. I hope we won't have to wait for the next seasons another 4 years.

Sorry you don't like the art style. Personally, I love both s1 and 2 artstyle and think the transition is just fine. If I'm correct the very first arc of season is going take another 3-4 episodes to finish. It's an amazing re-troduction to the brutal rules of thetower and it's a great way to introduce our cast for the season. I think you're gonna really love Wangnan by the end of it. I already want more episodes NOW!

A curiosity. Ja Wangnan's name is "I am the prince" written backwards in korean, then japanese named him Ouji Naru which keeps the same name.
its baam, not bam like the sound effect. it means night in korean which is why they call him yoru in japanese.
It also means chestnut in Korean too. Thats why floor 2 administrator said his name sounds tasty

Princess of Jahad is a form of political competition between 10 Great Families (depending on how many Named Princess your Great Family have and how big their rank, influence, position is - this Family get more respect and political benefits). So each Princess (does not matter regular or ranker) are competitor (or even enemies) to each other. Fate of those who fail is very cruel

Jahad is way more then just immortal. He is basicly local version of Zeus - chief of the Gods
Jahad is not immortal it just tower resident cannot hurt him, and tower born cannot kill him, but irregulars can kill him, enryu kill a administrator the being who so much more stronger than jahad, administrators are the one who made jahad immortal and king of tower.

We don’t know that much about her yet obviously, but judging from her obscene amount of lighthouses she had in her room…she’s probably a light bearer. And likely a well informed one if Yuri thinks Repellista can find Bam who’s been missing l, presumed dead for a long time. (Lighthouses are kind of like computers that can be used to acquire information. So you could call Repellista a hacker of sorts.)

The deal he made was with the 2nd floor's administrator and that only applied during his time on the 2nd floor, so it's a non-issue now.
The person he met at the end of season one was a Guide named Hwa Ryun, which occurred 5 years prior to season 2 (time skip).
The art style of season 1 matched the Manhwa of season 1. This change in art style matches the change that occurred in the manhwa season 2... There have been no major art style changes since then.
As for pronunciation... doesn't matter. "Bom" is the Korean pronunciation, but the fan base is all over the place with that kind of stuff. Gets even worse when the author fixed the spelling for multiple names, so there are some who call Endorsi by the old spelling Androssi, or Jahad as Zahard. So I'd say it how ever you like. I personal say Bam.

@@almightygod2144 Except that the author has made clear, multiple times, it's Jahad, not Zahard. Zahard, like Androssi, came from his misunderstanding of how English characters/words were pronounced/used.
Baam is a Korean word, that's pronounced "Bom", but you could argue that when used as a name that "Bam" could be correct due to localization based phonological change.

Honestly I don't think the art style change was done on purpose just cus of the author changing his style between S1 and S2 of the manhwa, it's literally just cus they changed studios and no 2 studios ever have the same art style

You do realize that the new studio could have pulled off the previous art style, right? Also, when anime changes studios it typically doesn't radically change the art style, especially when it's so unique.
No, each level has a new admin and admins dont share contracts with other admins. That said, Bam does have a contract with the admin of the floor he's on now.
First of all bam didn't need a contract with administrator to use shinsu, he is an irregular and irregulars didn't need a contract to use shinsu, all tower born need a contract to use shinsu

@@prince_1018 he still does make the contract. Like, even on the test floor he didn't need the contract, but he still made it. Not only that, he doesn't learn that he doesn't need to make the contracts until he's actually on the Hell Train. Bam as of this episode doesn't know he doesn't need to make the contracts with the admins.
@@almightygod2144 he know he didn't need a contract that administrator himself say that, that he didn't need a contract, in death floor only bam was able to use shinsu because of thorn, that why I don't think he was in contract. In current manhwa I'm 100% confirm that he didn't have a contract.

Climbing the tower will earn you prestige, especially if you become a ranker. Also I believe that you can go back and forth between towers you’ve climbed? So the loan sharks may be in an organization that have people all across the floors

I think the art style is ok. It feels close to the webtoon as well because they do the same switch of artstyles between the two seasons. But overall the story starts to come out from now on and the worldbuilding
If you watched FairyTail then the new season/series started as well, idk how many people are interested tho. But there was one called Wistoria Wand and Sword or something along those lines that looked like it had nice animation, though idrk anything about it beyond that.

Baam is the Korean version while Yoru, which you hear in the anime, is the Japanese version. Both Baam and Yoru means Night

this is solid really, very promising anime adaptation so far. I just wish they skipped the intro.... it wasnt that obvious( at least for me) that "long hair" is Bam, the intro kind of did it... i believe the comic started w new characters and didnt shift to bam right away, so it seemed disconnected from the main story, until it was revealed that this guy is Bam.The reveal was real shocking at the time... well... maybe just seeing Bam w new powers and in a new organization is already shock enough.
edit: sorry for the mini spoiler, revealing a name of a character too early... I got ahead of myself and didnt realize the episode didnt reveal the name...

S1 art style is definitely unique, but S2 is actually way closer to the source material. It's cleaner and more fluid. Definitely an upgrade. You'll just have to get used to it like the rest of us 😅
Its only an upgrade in the sense that its easier to animate. Standalone, even if it's closer to source, it's less unique. It's also subjective

Yeah, but there will be a lot of fighting and shinsu usage. That wouldn't be really hard to animated with the more artistic style of the first seasson. Also the webtoon made a similar art change.

Just like Baam is main protagonist today , Zahard was main protagonist of his time , Rachel pushed Baam , Zahard also had some similar kind of pain.
Baam and Zahard face off it still has way too much time but when they wil fight they will realise that both of there journey was somewhat similar hard to believe it but Baam will definitely say " I can feel Zahard ".
Oh, they're really starting this season off out of order and skipping scenes. Oh, they've completely changed the tone and added things they shouldn't have

@@Lightprayer Yea, go read the start of season 2, they cut scenes out, added scenes, added reactions that contradict how he acted in the manhwa, changed the choreography, and changed the order of the scenes. The changes they made clearly change the tone a lot, changed almost every scene, and added things that don't fit the original tone

This story is way too deep and hard to understand anime is not enough. Some people will confuse how he heal himself so FUG install a fragment of Guardian in him called blue thryssa that fragment FUG got from dead Guardian from Death floor. Now how can Guardian even die ?? Isn't Guardian almighty well there was one irregular messenger of god he killed the Guardian.
