Yung balcony sa second floor di feasible ang laundry kasi maliit at sure na mababasa ang tenants sa baba. still final say si owner sa design and budget. i am sure you will take this constructively. Hahahaha. Hindi pwede isagad. Yung suggestions niu po yan ay suggestions as client or tenant, for convenience. Pero as owner and contractor, kapag in impose mo yang gusto mo, hindi ka aapprovan ng business permit. May standard area at proper measure kang dapat sundin. Kapag hindi nagkapareho sa blue print at sa actual, pwede ka ipasuspend or hindi bigyan ng business permit to operate ng paupahan. Sana nagets mo po. Kata tama yang gawa nila. Mga engineers yan sila, as much as possible e mamaximize yan nila ang area kasi sayang ang area kung d magagamit.
If ako owner, toilet muna instead of lutuan para malinis tingnan kasi wall tatambad sayo. That way, kitchen will have an exhaust kapag nagluto dahil mas tolerable siguro na may hingahan yung niluluto kesa sa naliligo. Pde naman tambulan na tagos sa likod running through lutuan for toilet exhaust. Overall, ok yung design at moderno. Good job!

Hello. May kanya kanyang metro ng kuryente ang bawat unit. Yun bang bill napupunta sa landlord o diretso sa tenant? Kasi kung sa tenant, paano mababantayan at masisigurado ng landlord na nagbabayad ng kuryente ang tenant. Baka mamaya biglang umalis at mag iwan lang ng bills and liabilities.
Not good na yung lababo nasa tapat ng front door, pagpasok mo yun agad ang bubungad or makikita. Sa Feng sui hindi maganda yung magkatapat yung door. Yung apartment na ito magkatapat yung front door and back door.
Sana nilagyan mo na ng cup board ang lalabo. Pati na rin sa bath room para may lagayan ng mga gamit. Tapos yung Laubdry area sa likod lalo na sa second floor, saan ang tapunan ng tubig? #just saying lang po.
Sana naging pahaba nalang ang layout ng design sa loob ng bahay . Yung pa hall way para yung lababo nasa likod. Neat tingnan at organized pa. Bad design. Yung lababo.

Problem lang dito, yung hagdan at hallway sa itaas laging basa tuwing may ulan... Maliit ang mga unit pero maganda , minimalist but elegant design and colors✔️ Concern ko lang naman ay sana hindi madulas yung tiles na pinipili ikabit sa hagdan at hallway for safety✔️

Yung dining na 2 seater nakaharang pa dyan sa pinto ng bedroom then single sofa lang kakasya at yung tv mo pa na may rack. Aircon mo pa sa sala at kuarto. Kung dika maglalagay ng aircon sa sala grabe init nyan dahil tapat sa araw yung unit.

Problem lang dito, yung hagdan at hallway sa itaas laging basa tuwing may ulan... Maliit ang mga unit pero maganda , minimalist but elegant design and colors✔️
Concern ko lang naman ay sana hindi madulas yung tiles na pinipili ikabit sa hagdan at hallway for safety✔️

Mdyo masikip para 6 apartment. Liit ng living and dining Sakto lang cgro ang space kung 4 apartment lang. Para lang to sa 2 couples.

Ang tanong kung tatagal ang magrerent dyan sa liit ng sala kahit magisa lang.
