Is it useful? Yes but good luck getting the timing down. It is fun to do but when you survive a fling it makes you feel like Tony Hawk and when you fail it makes you feel like you're in a Skateboard Bail montage. 4:20 This glitch can negate fall damage letting you survive heights that would normally kill you. While it can help in getting the elevator open it can also rapid activate the lever meaning you need good timing to keep it open. 4:44 This has to be my favorite glitch. It makes the underwater effect permanent. Is it useful? No. But it can provide a self-imposed challenge and it's fun to screw around with. 4:55 Same glitch as 0:17 but this one doesn't send you as high making it more useful. 5:01 This glitch messes up the lighting making the game more of a horror game. Is it useful? GOD NO! It's more of a self-imposed challenge of anything!
Another thing. On the Switch version, if you bring many objects from the Neighbor's house to yours in Act 1, then play the first minigame, then when you'll finish it, the sky would stay orange back in the classic game, and you wouldn't be able to run anymore.
You have found many of the glitches Ive been able to in this game. One big glitch you missed was the spawn glitch where if you die to fall or mister Peterson, you respawn back to wherever you were. This works by placing a trash can(or precise big red chairs on a trap(Act 2)) on where you spawn. These properties that the respawner possesses doesnt like the hitboxes of big items, so it will take you back to where you died. Another is the duplicate neighbor in Act 3 cutscene 1. You take the letter and restart the game. Take a chair and place the card on it inside the bathroom. Make sure it is in view of the keyhole in which you can loook through from the kitchen. Close the door and pick up the letter from the keyhole. This starts the cutscene, but the player is still inside of the map and doesn't despawn since he couldn't be affected because of the keyhole. Hopefully you make another vid about these glitches. There is a big fandom site with all of these that Ive bet youve checked out before making this video.
5:19 this can happen in act 1 if you die enough btw. (Ok it was a little different) The lighting was messed up still but in a different way (super bright with almost no shadows) There was over 50 buckets ONLY in the bathroom, storage room, and all upstairs The neighbor was super bugged out and NEVER EVER stopped jumping in the bathroom I couldn’t run
@@gwag3373 well, in the neighbors catch animation, it triggers an animation notify which not only "unpeeps" the player, but it also adjusts you so the catch anim looks good.
I know some of these glitches especially the one with the rails, also I gotta try the one with the magnet and the trashcan, and talking about glitches when I locked the neighbor inside the elevator and he got out trough the door
I found another glitch two actually 1 you in act 3 can clutch and not die from fall if you throw a bag at ground in perfect timing 2 if you afk and the neighbor throws a tomato it can glitch and kill you
Be close to a door and wait for neighbor. As soon as the camera starts facing the neighbor in the catch animation, look through the keyhole by holding E ofc. Then the glitch should happen. It does need some practise first.
@@Sdalt52 Well, it does require the game in your steam library in order to actually *get* an older patch. you can use the "add a non-steam game" to the library, but I don't think that would be accepted.
Once when I was playing the neighbor saw me but he flew out of the game and another time where the neighbor left his house and went to the Spawn of the character, that is, the house and went to the butt and left In fact, I fell laughing because of that bug. 😂
