The final release of this game on moddb is not compatible with the mod kit. You need to put the downloaded folder in the mods folder of the main game. The process is similar to downloading mods from Steam Workshop. Checkout this tutorial here -ruclips.net/video/HILN2b5l91Q/видео.html
If I ever don't get any ideas for videos, I can just play with a new seed from The Random House. Roughly 10000000 new video ideas 😅

You need to download it from moddb(as it is not on steam workshop). Then put the folder in steam Hello Neighbor folder.
