For the critics; this man did many things right. I'm thinking a good potentiometer will control the speed. A DC motor is a good choice here; no need for a inverter generator or pure sine wave inverter. An old motor off a treadmill might be a good selection.
Well done my sir. Don't call it cheap. I like to think of it as economical or resourceful. Better spend the money on more important things especially when you are creative enough to build your own. Keep up the good work
How do you mount the wheen on the dc motor shaft? I been looking at other videos as well but they dont show how the tires are mounted on to the shaft and secured. Thanks!
Nice machine man, Im thinking of making one like it. Do you know what motor that is so I can find one that is the same, or what car it came from? Also how fast do you think it pitches the balls?
Many thanks for the video , please let us know what is the power of the motor, the gap between the tyre and the channel so that the ball can pass, how much time can the motor run in the car battery, what is the diameter of the tyre
BRUH! you are a God damn genious!!! Do u have any idea how much money you just saved me? Tonight to home depot and tomorrow morning to pick your part for the radiator fan. You fuckin rock!!
Electric motors are everywhere, and tires too. With a drill, some bolts, the motor and tire, this could be made for under $50 depending on what parts you can salvage. The tricky part is wiring up the motor. A brushed DC motor is simple to wire, but some AC motors need speed controllers and the like. I'd imagine that any 1/4 HP motor would work if the original wiring is used. The cheapest option is a patient friend to pitch 😀
THAT IS HECK'A COOL DUDE! when I get haters feedback I like to kick back & rub my nipples with my index fingers & I go "YES!! YES!! TELL ME MORE!!" I appreciate It bro!! ITS AWESOME!!
Luisomar M Brother me inspiraste!

Brilliant idea using the radiator fan! I was thinking about buying a motor. Plus you know that fan will work with 12 volt car battery.
I made one for my son back in 1988. It worked so well he played for the O's (see thumbnail) and we have sold over 50,000 units since.
Bob Richard cost sir
Nice job. Thanks for posting.

Great Idea! Would you be able to add some kind of switch, or throttle to control the speed of the motor?
Great job. Thanks!
That's killer man! nice!
Thank you for the idea, I´ll try to make one for my family.
great job my boy will love this when i make him one thanks
Great! What kind of motor have you used?
Great ingenuity like it
Now, that is impressive!

Thank you so much for the response
great project, thanks for sharing that. maybe you could add a dial resistor like a light dimmer dial to have adjustable speeds.
Many thanks for the video , please let us know what is the power of the motor, the gap between the tyre and the channel so that the ball can pass, how much time can the motor run in the car battery, what is the diameter of the tyre
you got skills!

de donde has sacado el motor???
PRETTY DAMN INGENIUS
How much did it all cost you to make? I need one, do you sell customized ones?

very cool.
nice job
can u make a list of everything i need
Done well.
could you make a tutorial on how to actually put it together??
Nice

you could have shown the machine throwing more baseballs. I'm not sure, based on the video, the machine works well enough to use.
it's a 12V battery? What kind of car charger do you mean? Battery charger?
You should counter sink those bolt heads
