I own a Titan Fitness 100 lb Slam Ball. I use mine to do slam ball bench presses. I'm up to 25 reps, so I just ordered a Titan Fitness 150 lb Slam Ball. 100 lbs don't sound like much for a bench press, but for whatever reason, the dead weight of a slam ball feels much heavier. What I like about doing heavy slam ball presses is that I just roll it on my chest after going to a bench press starting position from my lap and I go to exhaustion. When I can't do it anymore, I just roll it back off of my chest. Even if I roll it off sideways, it won't hurt the slam ball, my bench, my floor, and most importantly-- me. It feels like a variant form of a close-grip bench press. I highly recommend using a Titan Fitness heavy slam ball to bench press with. If you haven't tried it, you should give it a go.
Same here brother. I also do slam ball presses, and for some reason the 100 lbs slam ball feels heavier than your usual 100 lbs bench press, maybe because of the angle of our hands. Anyway, it has become a huge part of my workouts.
Well you have a free plyo box too haha. I have a 90lb n now i want a 150lb sandbag. I feel atronger using this type of training than conventional lifting by far. What do you think? I'm a trainer and use clubs, maces, kettlebells, and sandbags(and this) 90% of the time when I train myself.
dunno if you guys cares but if you're stoned like me atm you can watch all of the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. I've been watching with my brother for the last months =)

Dope, I want one but I don’t have mats on my gym floor yet. :/
Tattooed Soldier gotta get those mats!! Just go to your local farm store. $40-50 for a 4x6 or 4x8 at 3/4” thick.
