Is that a HF titanium 125, just got one . You could post a video of your welding experience, I was happy to see that being used in practical applications as you’ve done there . Would like to see how the welds turned out. Getting ready to use mine for the second time. Realized that I hadn’t removed all of the plastic shield protectors so maybe the 2 nd try will turn out better. Watching you is good practice for me.
I assume your talking about the hole that are predrilled in the rack itself? Is so, if they don't line up then I would drill new holes for it. Be aware tho, that as thin as the rack is, an extra hole will weaken it more. I suggest backing it up with angle iron as I did in the video or at the least a flat piece of steel. Thanks for watching
So the rack only takes up a couple inches on the inside. The rest is over the rail and on the outside of the rail. There is still plenty of space of I wanted to haul cargo instead of mowing equipment. Thanks for watching.
So rewatching the video, you are absolutely correct. It honestly never crossed my mind to put it like that. If I do need the extra space, I can just weld a couple small pieces of angle iron to the top rail so I can mount it on the outside. Thank you for pointing that out to me. Has my brain contemplating redoing it that way now 👍
@KirkpatrickLawnCare I watched it once and was like hmmmm if mounting there, he could have used the out side wheel well outer rail which is much more solid than the wood deck.
What was you space between the rack inside to inside? Mounting mine during lunch today and I use the 324L husky 4 stroke I have two of them. I also just picked up a brand new stihl 91r I think which is 4 stroke I think have not even looked at it since I purchased on Saturday
great FC welder! can't beat it's performance for the price.
I love that welder. I don't welder thick metal. Its has settings for up to 3/16" but I have welded 1/4" with no problem
That's a fine deal for 50$. I just mounted mine and was trying to figure out where the extra piece went. It's a spool holder.

Thank you for a well informative video
No problem. I hope it helps out 👍
The holes didn’t make up on my trailer. Do I need to make my own holes?

why take away from cargo space inside the trailer deck ? I'm surprised that you would take up deck space

@@KirkpatrickLawnCare would have just as easily put the foot on the wheel well angle iron lip, taking up 0 deck space.
