Ooof, the old fishing boat was better looking, but maybe too 'real' They should try to find a middle ground cuz the generic gondola seems out of place with all the sailor/pirate aesthetics.
tbh, the swimming mechanic still feels a little slow and frustrating to watch 😩😩😩 I really wish they'd make it a bit faster and add something similar to a boost/acceleration mechanic, e.g. when we open our wings, we get to glide faster or when we use/flap our wings to go faster or fly higher. I just don't really see myself visiting this place as much unless it's for a quest. It's a problem I have with most new seasonal areas too, unlike Forgotten Arc and Sanctuary Islands that feel rewarding even if it's like a chore to visit(lots of wings, good amount and thoughtful placement of wax/candles). The new seasonal areas really just feel seasonal now.

Quest 4 is a quest about getting gems but you’re gonna ended up releasing the krills along with the KING KRILL beside those krills. They are permanent there after you cleared quest 4
Please do not let TGC dumb down the boat design. What possibly could it be to justify losing a detailed ship, and favouring one that looks like it took less effort to make? If enough players knew about this, most of them would prefer the old boat! IF that logic were to be valid, then they may as well not put in the effort to make anything worthwhile and unique.
These are all just speculation on my part but it feels more like, they don't want the "pirate ship" label. The previous design had charm and character but it looked like a "pirate ship" which doesn't really fit well within the world of sky in the sense that, it should be wholesome.

The ship was not even a proper pirate ship, it was a fishing boat that had a platform, captian's quarters, a mast and a ship's wheel. Personally, the new one looks worse. If that makes it to live, players would be none the wiser and rhink the ship was lackluster. If they knew what the ship used to look like, they would likely agree the old ship looked much better and be confused/annoyed seeing the changes made the boat look worse. Heck, the accountant's boat look much more detailed than that, and the abyss boat is supposed to be the significant since the quest giver is there. The forgotten ark surely would put this boat to shame.

If they wanted to stray away from the pirate ship label, I wish the changes they did were more creative and playful.
That's a tame krill, I think it's a bug, for sure the latest update will probably fix it (I hope they don't fix it,and I just realized that their underwater krill look much bigger than the outside, maybe because of the water in their natural habitat hehe "SHRIMP" ). And also for the ship I think the old version is better, I think for the next update they will color the ship geez I had high hopes

For the ship.... it makes me a lil sad, I prefer the first version and it just needed finishing touches to make it better. Now that its a little boat, it felt like it's not the spirit's home anymore☹️. Hope they make the boat a little bigger so it adds that they've been living on the seas than the version now. People have been asking for one since the og beta days back in 2018. I don’t know how I’m gonna feel about this tbh and if I’m gonna play in this season. I’ll likely come back to explore a little though! Time for me to peep my lil ol’ Deer face around the new maps soon
I wuv the updates but I think there are few that I wanted it the way that it is which is the previous one such as the pirate boat since it literally matches the theme, be more of a viking theme, now the new update of it looks boring, plain and it doesn't stands out from all of the boats located in each realms.
I hope tgc adds like a thing like wing lights but for breathing underwater. Just like how we use wings to fly better in sky :3 the breathing system looks pretty stupid and the mask only gives little extra time >:3
